Procedural requirements of civil proceedings
Brada, Lukáš ; Pohl, Tomáš (advisor) ; Macková, Alena (referee)
Procedural requirements of civil proceedings The court must meet special requirements regulated by civil procedure in order to issue a judgment in civil proceedings. These requirements are called procedural requirements of civil proceedings. If they have not been met the court must not issue a judgment. Procedural requirements are not enumerated in the Civil Procedure Act. They are created by the theory of civil procedure and by judicial decisions. The first three chapters of the diploma thesis deal with the institute of procedural requirements in general. It is emphasised their role in civil proceedings, analysed legal regulation of the institute and introduced ways of their examination and remedying possible imperfections. Literature is the main source of information in this theoretical part of the thesis. Following chapters are focused on analysis of particular procedural requirements. All requirements are very important and each requirement could be a separate object of research so the diploma thesis concentrates only on defining their function. The thesis also presents methods of determining whether particular procedural requirement has been met and mentions possible ways of remedying imperfections in procedural requirements. Theoretical knowledge acquired in the general part of the thesis is...
Legal regulation of consumer electricity production from renewable resources
Brada, Lukáš ; Damohorský, Milan (advisor) ; Franková, Martina (referee)
Legal Regulation of Consumer Electricity Production from Renewable Resources In the thesis I analyse Czech and EU legal regulation of consumer's electricity generation from renewable energy sources. If consumers generate their own electricity from onsite renewable energy systems, they consume less electricity from the grid. Consumers are their own electricity suppliers and reduce their energy bills. Decentralised renewable energy generation can usefully complement centralised generation sources. The main focus of this thesis is to analyse Czech regulation in the area of decentralised elektricity generation from renewable energy sources. Czech republic should take further appropriate measures in order to allow a higher penetration of electricity from decentralised renewable energy sources. The move towards decentralised energy production has many benefits, mainly the benefit of reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Interaction of humans and the environment in residential hauses with walls from inorganic masonry
Brada, Lukáš ; Kocourková, Jana (advisor) ; Zemanová, Lucie (referee)
Interaction of humans and the environment, is subject to the occurrence of mold in residential buildings. Mold development has been the ultimate result of a variety of phenomena, processes and causes that have penetrated in various stages of preparation, implementation and operation of buildings. The negative effects which the mold in a residential area buildings exhibit is primarily a reduction in the use of comfort living space in the form of health risks in the form of allergic reactions and possibly causing chronic problems. Chronic problems over time can lead to serious illness. A big role in the occurrence of mold also plays a reduction of aesthetic values of residential spaces requiring repair and remedy these deficiencies. When removing adverse events leads to an unnecessary additional environmental burden. Problems of fungi in ground buildings are very expansive and interdisciplinary problems, which incorporates structural, termomechanic, chemical and biologic aspects. In this undergraduate work I concentrated on the origin of fungi in ground buildings with inorganic materials and I am discribing at least some important sources and aspects of fungi origin in each phases origin and exploitation building, with usage of specialised literature. Model compultations and examples of origin fungi are performed. Autocephalous origin of fungi in residencial buildings is yet fallback situation, which can be possibly prevented. But due to conditions for origin fugi can begin long ago this fallback situation. Store of bias each phases living buildings is accentuated on possibly fugi production in buildings from project up to operation.

The Optimization of the During Contract Chosen Through Company
Brada, Lukáš ; Krejča, Radomír (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
This thesis: „The Optimization of the During Contract Chosen Through Company" focuses on the optimization during the engagement in custom manufacturing. This thesis is divided into a theoretical part which contains specific terms related to the course of the contract. The practical part describes the current status of the company and management of custom manufacturing by internal analysis. The findings from the analysis are subjects to the chapter "Design Changes", which introduce my own solutions to the problems. These amendments should lead to efficiency and optimizing the passage of the contract now.
