Possibilities of Financing of Construction Investment in Municipality

My bachelor’s thesis „Possibilities of financing of construction investment in municipality“ is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical one. Theoretical part contains definition of investment, the possibility of financial resources and also thesis includes non-profit sector. I particularly deal with non-profit and non-governmental organizations, their classification and funding. The practical part is directed again to financing but this time financing specifically construction belonging to non-profit sector. For this opportunity I chose the reconstruction of the building of kindergarten Pohádka located in town Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. I performed analysis of particular possibilities that could be used to financing of the building reconstruction. Finally I also pointed to the appropriate way of financing for this city.
Evaluation of the Efficiency of the Investment Project Respecting Economic Risk

This master’s thesis is aimed to evaluate the effectivity of an investment project while respecting economic risks. These are the basic elements of the thesis: analysis and effectivity performance and evaluation of economic risks of an investment project. The goal as well as the outcome of the thesis is using these principles above for conducting a case study based on a real data.
Types of Prices in the Property Market

The aim of my diploma thesis is to outline the issues of finding out the prices and differences between the prices at the property market and also to clarify the basic terms from the field of property evaluation and the property market. In the introductio of my theses I will be defining the basic terms connected with the given topic. After that I will introduce the readers to the issues of differences between the price and value and also into the issues of the real estate market. I will describe particular types of prices and values, subjects of the property markets and the relationship at the property market. In the following part of my work I will mention the essence of evaluation of properties, I will define the basic terms, methods of evaluation and description of evaluation. However it is not only a blunt list of operations connected with this topic, but it is help to the reader to be better orientated on proceeding and to be familiar with the bacis terms connected with this topic. In the last practical part I will focus on the various types od finding out prices by using different methods.
Comparative assessment of real estate value according to clien's requirement

The aim of this work is to determinate the value of chosen property by generally known valuation method. As a concrete example of the way of real estate value assessment according to the client's requirement is to determine an estimate of supposing common value of the property for the credit procedure for the purpose of gaining mortgage in the Czech Republic. This work contains theoretical analysis and explanation of the fundamental terms and a practical example.

The issue of possibilities of real estate prices assessment for non-banking participants on financial market is solved in my Master’s thesis. The environment of non-banking participants on financial market is essentially defined here including description and division of it. In the survey there are the possibilities of real estate prices assessment together with the recommendation of the applicable methods. The practical part is included into my Master‘s thesis, too. The recommendation is applied here.

Kinds and sources of financing of living

This thesis deals with forms and ways in which housing can be financed. The aim of the thesis is to obtain information about the opportunities that are offered to finance housing and their subsequent application. The first part is theoretical. There is presented the state of housing stock based on the final results of population and housing census from 2011. This is followed by a description of building saving - especially its phases, possibilities of granting loans, use of funds and state aid. Furthermore description of mortgage loans - possibilities of using, their types and conditions for the acquisition. At the end of this section there are listed programs of the State Housing Development Fund. The second part is practical and previous findings are applied to the specific case of buying an apartment into ownership and also recommendation of appropriate options for financing the purchase.
Costruction order and the current economic situation

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to map the current economic situation and its influence on construction in Slovakia and Czech Republic during the crisis. The other part is the analysis of a particular construction firm in critical times. The aim is to find out the outcomes of crisis and consecutive economic progress in that particular construction firm. I will try suggestive measures which would prevent negative outcomes.
Determination of the Amount of Insurance Settlements for the Damage Caused by Snow Loads on a Detached House in Hronov

The aim of my thesis is to outline the field of the insurance-claims settlement, to determine the amount of indemnity for the damage caused by the weight of snow, and also to clarify basic concepts of real estate appraisal. In the introduction I define basic concepts associated with that topic. Then I bring the reader into the field of real estate appraisal and I define basic concepts and appraisal methods and description. In the next part of my thesis I mention the principles of the insurance company´s claim settlement activity, the products related to property insurance, the person involved in the settlement, and last but not least I outline the claim settlement process itself. However, the point is not just to provide a plain list of all steps involved in the process but to give the reader a better idea how to proceed and what the basic concepts of the field are. In the final practical part I will focus precisely on the determination of the compensation for the damage casused by the weight of snow based on reasonable costs and for bringing the insured property to its original (operational) state.
Effect of biological treatment and body constitution on in vitro osteoclastogenesis from peripheral precursors in axial spondylarthritisis

Introduction: Biological therapy is becoming a common approach to stop disease progression and suppress symptoms of axial spondyloarthritis, an inflammatory rheumatic disease characterized by bone loss due to dysregulation of bone turnover and increased osteoclast differentiation. Obesity likely affects bone metabolism through multiple mechanisms. It can promote adipocyte differentiation and fat accumulation while inhibiting osteoblast differentiation and bone formation. Additionally, obesity is closely associated with chronic inflammation, which can enhance osteoclast activity and bone resorption. This master's thesis aims to examine the potential influence of excessive adiposity on the osteoclastogenesis process among patients receiving biological therapy for axial spondyloarthritis. Materials and methods: Monocytes isolated from the peripheral blood of patients with axial spondyloarthritis undergoing biological therapy and healthy donors were stimulated in vitro with pooled sera from patients receiving biological treatment, patients with different type of treatment, and healthy controls for a duration of 7-14 days. Osteoclasts were evaluated as multinucleated, TRAP-positive cells, and their numbers were subjected to statistical analysis. Markers of bone metabolism and inflammation were assessed...
