Influence of microplastics on aquatic organisms - an overview study
BÁRTOVÁ, Lucie
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to develop a review summarizing knowledge about the effect of microplastics on aquatic organisms. In recent years, negative impacts of microplastics on aquatic organisms have begun to be observed. This work clarifies the entry paths of microplastics to the water recipient and their occurrence in aquatic ecosystems. The effects of microplastics on aquatic organisms, both vertebrates and invertebrates and phytoplankton, were also presented. To work properly out this bachelor thesis, I have used Czech and foreign sources found in the scientist database. However, many studies are still needed to fully understand the impact of microplastics and deduce clear conclusions. In order to deduce general conclusions from the studies, it is necessary to standardize water sampling methods as well as methods for testing the effects on organisms.
The Model of Product of Sustainable Tourism
Bártová, Lucie ; Musil, Martin (advisor) ; Luštický, Martin (referee)
The thesis aims to design model of product of sustainable tourism. Tho model is focused on modern domestic tourism products, that meet necessary requierements in terms of sustainable development and current trends in the offer of tourism services and trends in demand. The products Religious Monuments of Kutná Hora, Moravian Wine Trails and Lipno Season Never Ends are analysed to fulfil the aim in terms of principles of sustainable tourism. Analysis is accomplished by qualitative comparative analysis. The rules, that apply to all researched products are identified by means of induction. I created the model of product of sustainable tourism based on discovered findings.

Arrow poisons, their us in toxicology and medicine
BÁRTOVÁ, Lucie
Abstract The introduction of physiologically and therapeutically effective drugs in anaesthetic treatment has meant a significant change. Their discovery has thus contributed to a minimisation of their negative effects on a living organism. As a result, anaesthesiology has become more controllable and safer. These new drugs translate into more comfort for the patient in the course of anaesthesiology as well as his or her rapid recovery resulting in a shorter period of hospitalisation. The research of new physiologically and therapeutically effective substances is a pre-requisition of a potential higher standard of medical care. Older substances, e.g. Alkuronium and Gallamin, which, due to their undesirable effects, have come out of use, have lost their significance. Nowadays, these substances have been generally replaced by substances with an intermedial effect, e.g. Rokuronium and Cisatrakurium, which, compared with Alkuronium and Gallamin, show a minimum of undesirable effects. One of the foremost objectives of the current pharmaceutical research is to find a replacement of Sukcinylcholin, which, in spite of its known side effects, has had a non-substitutable position in urgent intubation. As a result, its use is limited to out-patient application and a certain selection of patient categories. Let us hope that we shall see a replacement of Sukcinylcholin being introduced in treatment in the near future. This would mean a final solution of problems arising from its side effects limiting its scope of application.
The development and utilization of the recreational potential of the microregion Netolicko
BÁRTOVÁ, Lucie
The aim of this graduation thesis was to carry out the description and analysis of the recreational potential of the microregion Netolicko, which contains 10 villages. One purpose of this analysis is to identify presently and future exploited assumptions of the urban areas on the basis of this analysis so that the recreational potential could be developed and reveal the unused possibilities of the recreational development of the monitored area. The other aim was to build a recommendation for development of the monitored area and the introduction of possible pumping of support of the Europian Union´s fonds on the strenght of SWOT analysis.
Importance of "electronic portal imaging" at modification of the iradiation position
BÁRTOVÁ, Lucie
For treatment in radiotherapy was a largely progress introduction new technology and verification device. Portal imaging is the acquisition of images with a radiotherapy beam. Imaging theory suggests that the quality of portal images could be much higher if the efficiency of the imaging media in detecting radiation could be improved. Introduction of new media (films and electronic portal imaging devices) has confirmed this by markedly increasing the quality of portal images. Images from these devices can then be used to verify a patient's treatment. New technology performs alternative quality and correct imaging in radiotherapy; it makes possibility for improving patient health care.
