The theme of bachelor’s thesis is a family house in Hořice. It is a family house with two floors and with an establishment, concretely hairdressing salon, which is located and functionally connected with the dwelling. There is a garage for two cars. The building is designed of system Porotherm and ceiling construction of system Porotherm MIAKO. The cladding is insulated by certified contact insulation. The roofs are single-layer and flat.

The Physical activity and personality structure

The bachelor thesis deals with possible relationship between Big Five personality traits and physical activity of policemen on the basis of the data collected dthrough own survey. The theoretical part describes the importance of the physical activity and its charactersitics. The evolution and structure of Personality trails is studied as well. The main result of this thesis is the research part. The first main result is the data collected on the sample of policemen. The second is the statistical analysis of the data to identify possible factors influencing physical activity of respondents. Collected data contain measurements of the Big Five personality traits and level of physical activity for ech policemen in the survey. Besides the five dimension traits also other factors were taken into account when the analysis of physical activity was performed. This includes working environment, sex and age of policemen. There were indentified three dimensions of personality traits having statistically significant impact on the physical activity. Working environment showed to be significant too.

Criminal liability for breach of the duty of due managerial care

IN ENGLISH Criminal liability for breach of the duty of due managerial care The aim of this thesis is to analyze the duty of due managerial care and its attributes for the members of the statutory bodies of the capital companies including the rule of entrepreneurial judgment, the instructions of the General Meeting, the delegation of powers of the statutory body of entrepreneurial judgment and the criminal law aspects of the violation of the care of a goodman. The diploma thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter briefly describes the basic issues of capital companies. The second chapter deals with the duty of due managerial care of the statutory bodies of capital companies and its attributes, emphasizing the changes brought about by the recodification of private law. First, the duty of loyalty is analyzed, as one of the basic stones of duty of care of a good manager, then attention is paid to the expected care and the approach of its definition. The third chapter deals with general parts of criminal law, which first deals with the possibility of using criminal law, and the attention is then paid to the subjective side and unlawful circumstances. Evaluation of yield and market characteristics in set of ware potato cultivars

Yield and marketing characteristics of set of ware potatoes species were evaluated in this diploma thesis. Samples of potatoes, on which was the measurement executed, were forked out on the field in Košetice in Vysočina region. This region is typical potatoe area and has significant share on the national production of ware potatoes, starch potatoes and seed potatoes with different lenght of vegetation season. The inception of major phenological phase of growth, the quantity of plants on area, the quantity of stalks of a single plant and the overall appereance of growth were valuated in the vegetation process of individual species. The quantity of tubers on one plant, the quantity of tubers on one stalk and the average weight of one tuber were evaluated after the harvest. Then was defined the overall yield of tubers, the yield of marketing tubers and their overall revenue share. The appearence of tubers, their health condition and the amount of mechanical damage was discribed in detail for every species. The final results were processed to charts and graphs and they were statistically evaluated. The medium late and the semi-early species had achieved the best results for growing. The very early and the early species had lower yield and larger share of waste.
