Aplikační řešení nákupu v prostředí cloudu a trendy v jejich vývoji

The goal of the presented thesis is to screen market and to assess the Procurement application solutions provided in cloud with focus on SMB companies. Understanding of Procurement process is base for identification of key functions and requirements on Procurement applications. Market research results in initial high level picture about the Procurement applications available with attention to cloud. Procurement applications assessment determines conclusions on market evolution and trends. The first part of the thesis introduces theoretical background of Procurement process and cloud computing. This part is completed by the list of key functions and requirements, of expected benefits, and of the steps that are important during assessment and selection of Procurement application in business. The second part investigates the Procurement application market and vendors. The screening is oriented on application features, client set, delivery models, and on other characteristics. Eight Procurement application solutions were selected for detailed assessment: Bellwether ePMX, Compleat Spend Control, Coupa, eBid eXchange, Ion Wave Technologies, PurchaseControl, Trade Interchange (ARCUS), and Xtenza. Assessment of the applications results in comparative data that are presented in predefined structure. The primary focus is on application features and Procurement functions supported. Other important evaluation categories are delivery models, security, underlying infrastructure, approval workflows, and commercials. Communication with application vendors contributed to the assessment. This part is finalized with evolution and trend conclusions focusing on cloud proliferation dynamics, and on forecast of new application functions and features that will result in new business benefits.
Transformation of business model IT industry toward SaaS and impacts into role of business informatics in Business Intelligence

The theme of this thesis is one of ways, which develops area of Business Intelligence in the last few years. This way are BI systems design on the principle of Cloud computing, also called BI SaaS. This is a cost available solution also suitable for small companies. This work is aimed to acquaint the reader with basic theoretical knowledge in the areas of Cloud computing, Business Intelligence and their connections. Wants to show risks of this technologies and compare between on-premise and cloud BI. In the next step want to offer a practical comparison of selected BI SaaS systems. Finally it aims to create forecast of possible future paths of development in Business Intelligence.
Software piracy in the cloud computing model

The thesis focuses on software piracy mainly in the context of cloud computing. Its goals are to analyze contemporary software piracy with the focus on its forms, reasons leading to it and on antipiracy techniques. Second part of the thesis defines cloud computing and focuses on two basic interdependencies with software piracy: cloud as a pirates' tool and cloud as means to fight the piracy. Based on the findings of previous parts, concluding part of the thesis suggests set of recommendations for involved parties (especially software providers, cloud service providers and cloud service users).
Classification of Services in Cloud Computing

The work focuses on the technology of cloud computing, which is every year more and more important. The target of my work is to characterize this phenomenon and explain what is hiding under that name and describe advantages and disadvantages of the technol-ogy. After that, the work describes categories of cloud computing and within those catego-ries assigns some specific products that appears on the market now. After that, the work is focused on second target, to describe those specific products. The next part is to choose the appropriate analysis to compare these products in the chosen categories in which is the model divided. As a contribution here I see that important products were compared and it was determine which products are better. And then the analysis itself, that shows how to compare those products.
Design and development of thin client for infrastructure cloud based on Android platform

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of the development of mobile thin client application which is able to manage commercial infrastructure cloud service. The introduction section provides an overview of the necessary terminology and presents the problem domain that is a subject of this thesis. Besides the project itself, of which result is the main output of this work, is also the part dedicated to research of current theses, school information resources, guidelines, recommendations and methodologies that covers topics of design and implementation of graphical user interfaces for mobile devices, especially for those that have the Android operating system installed. Information obtained on basis of the research is after used as a default knowledge base for design and implementation of the presentation layer of the previously mentioned application. The next aim of this thesis is to make analysis of requirements for new application which is being developed. The requirements are then transformed into conceptual design, to which is bound the explanation of implementation of individual application layers. UML was mainly used for the modeling of the application parts design in environment of the Sybase PowerDesigner. The programming process was performed by usage of the development environment called Eclipse SDK. Benefit of this diploma thesis lies in the possibility of reusing its concentrated knowledge resulting from the research dealing with the problems of creating GUI for mobile devices. Programmer, who is untouched in this specialization, will be able to use this part of the thesis as a critical study material which has been verified in practice. Cloud infrastructure solution providers can find there an inspiration for their own mobile thin client application.
Current and future trends in cloud CRM

The diploma thesis is committed to mapping CRM applications available in cloud and trends within. The goal is to describe what CRM is, how it evolved into Cloud CRM, analyze main differences between the two approaches and analyze trends that can be observed in CRM market and CRM applications. This is coupled with description of the most common CRM solutions and products available both on-premises as well as on-demand. In the first part, the thesis introduces theory behind Customer Relationship Management and its different understanding by various authors. It also describes the most common functionality of CRM. The second part explores the world of CRM application, characterizing infrastructure behind, deployment models, access options, licensing models and technology. In the next part the three on-premise solutions -- Oracle Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SAP 360 Customer are described in terms of their look and feel, functionality, social and mobile CRM capabilities and pricing. The next part finally deals with CRM in the form of Cloud, introduces the term cloud computing, clarifies when cloud is the right choice and generally compares costs of running CRM on-demand and on-premise. This is followed by trends description on CRM market and functionality. The last chapter describes two cloud CRM solutions for each of the enterprise, medium and small company target segments.
Data-driven SEO

The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) industry has recently undergone major changes. Many new analytics tools have been put on the market enabling marketing consultants to be finally able to measure and evaluate the results of their work in SEO effectively. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis therefore aims to describe and compare selected SEO tools including practical examples of their use. The paper is focused on backlink databases (MajesticSEO, SEOmoz OpenSiteExplorer and Ahrefs) and keyword suggestion tools from Google (AdWords), Seznam (Sklik), Wordtracker and SEMRush. The final chapter provides an overview of search engine positions tracking tools and techniques. The practical part describes the method of selection, preparation and processing of data obtained from tools mentioned above. The data are used to compute correlation analysis of Seznam.cz search engine results in relation with the best known SEO factors. The results of the analysis will help marketing consultants to clarify which factors are the most important to focus on to obtain more traffic from search engines.
Shift of the functionality of office suites in the era of cloud computing

This thesis deals with shift of the functionality of office suites in the era of cloud computing. The author examines the changing concept of office application software in the time of commercial software and the time of cloud computing and concludes that office applications are shifting their functionality from simple tools replacing just a calculator or typewriter into core corporate tools that affect the way how people communicate and collaborate.
Analysis of mobile platforms and possibilities of marketing of applications

The subject matter of the thesis is an analysis of selected mobile platforms operat-ing at present on the market. Presentation of individual platforms as to their history up to now, architecture and the present version of the operating system. At the end of the theo-retic part, I will compare two most frequently used platforms according to the chosen crite-ria. The objective of the thesis is to elaborate the pattern of the present market for mobile platforms. The practical part will be focused on the possibilities of marketing of applications, distribution channels of the platforms. Publishing and promotion of the specific application and monitoring of its success via an analytic programme.
Community website optimization for search engine

The bachelor work focuses on the problem of optimizing websites for search engines, which is currently very actual problem. It provides a comprehensive look at the process that will help us to better positions in the rankings of the most commonly used search engines and also helps us determine how those most widely used search engines work. In the theoretical part we discuss the various authorized and unauthorized modifications including optimization of the site outside the source code. In the practical part is analyzed different types of Web sites which using a lots of SEO tools. This can help us to know the difference in approaches in optimalization. Concurrently this analysis provide an overview of indicators, which is good to observe and way how this values find.
