Resolving conflicts among students in a primary school classroom

The topic of the diploma thesis is the solution of problems / conflicts between pupils in the 5th year of primary school. It deals with the causes of conflict situations in the classroom, conflict resolution strategies and the possibilities of their prevention. In the theoretical part, I focus mainly on the characteristics of the quality classroom climate and the specifics of pupils at a younger school age. I will summarize the types and causes of conflicts between students and the possibilities of how to prevent them, especially through the targeted development of their social skills. In the empirical part, in the form of action teacher research, I will try to reduce the frequency of conflicts and increase their ability to manage them in the 5th grade classroom, where I work as a class teacher. I will use the questionnaire "Our class", recording and analysis of specific situations, interview with students and analysis of my own reflective diary. To improve the social skills of students, I will use methods and techniques, especially personal and social education, which I will regularly include in the teaching of students.

Contractual restriction of performance of other gainful activity of an employee This thesis has three main purposes. The first purpose of this thesis is to analyse the non-competition clause in the Labour Code, which is the only means of contractual restriction of performance of other gainful activity of an employee. I also focus on identification of eventual problems that might occur when applying this legislation. The second purpose of this thesis is to compare selected questions concerning the non-competition clause in Czech and German law. The third purpose of this thesis is to present suggestions de lege ferenda and to propose amendments to the Labour Code. The thesis is divided into five main chapters. The first chapter is followed by the second chapter, which is subdivided into four subchapters. The first subchapter deals with the restriction of other gainful activity of an employee identical with the scope of business of the employer for the duration of employment. This restriction arises directly from the Labour Code. The second subchapter focuses on the restriction of business activities of the employees employed in public administration. This thesis deals with the personality of the Premysl Pitter, a time in which he lived. He was a man of humanism, tolerance, democracy supporter, ecumenism and one of the few who help without having. The aim of the thesis is to familiarize the reader with the most important events and aspects of his life. The work is divided into ten chapters and each will concentrate on one period in his life. The first chapter describes his childhood until his return from the World War I. In the second chapter, I tried to handle the growth of his thoughts and ideas in a European context. The third chapter is entitled "Milíč's house," where Premysl and his colleagues care for children of lower Zizkov. The fourth deals with " The Castles". The fifth chapter is called Pitter escape from Czechoslovakia. In the sixth chapter describes his work in the refugee camp Valka. The seventh chapter is devoted to his publishing work and stay in Switzerland. Eighth entitled "An educator and didactic activity" here, I tried to outline its most important pedagogical benefits and principle. Optimalizace infrastruktury a metodik hodnocení vlastností a chování systémů tenká vrstva – základní materiál s realizací měření na jednoduchých vzorkách i na reálných geometriích

Vzhledem k rozsáhlému souboru výsledků měření, které dokladují uvedené postupy, je realizován výběr výsledků u jednotlivých analytických metod. Na základě výsledků měření průběžně byly vybírány vhodné povrchové úpravy a geometrie nástrojů pro co nejefektivnější naplnění požadavku obráběcího procesu s optimalizovanými nástroji. Z pohledu analytických metod proběhla optimalizace vybraných analytických metod zejména indentačních a to v celém rozsáhlém rozsahu normálových sil od makro přes mikro až po nano pro hodnocení tvrdostních charakteristik, adhezívně kohezivního chování, křehkolomových vlastností a povrchového zpevňování s využitím jak statické indentace na makrotvrdoměru, statické i vrypové indentace na makroscratch testeru i nanoscratch testeru s využitím různých typů diamantových indentorů z pohledu geometrie a rozměrů pro realizaci velice rozdílných způsobů zatěžování a tím realizaci co největšího prověření rozdílů a odolnosti v jednotlivých systémech tenká vrstva – substrát pro možnosti správného výběru pro dané aplikační zaměření. Podařilo se finálně realizovat měření i na reálném stavu povrchu vzorků z pohledu zejména drsnosti ale i na konkrétních geometrických tvarech nástrojů a jejich funkčních plochách.

Hodnocení změn vlastností a chování vybraných polymerních materiálů po procesech stárnutí

Nejdříve byla realizována testovací měření na vybraných polymerních materiálech a to jak měřením na rtg fluorescenci z pohledu chemických změn, rozměrových a hustotních změn před a po aplikaci stárnoucích procesů, tak měřením mechanických vlastností a chování s různou velikostí normálové síly, s různými metodami zatěžování a geometrií indentačních těles ale též dokumentací vybranými mikroskopickými metodami. V návaznosti byly provedeny optimalizace analytických metod pro zachycení iniciace stárnutí, rozvoje procesů a finálních stavů degradace s dostatečnou citlivostí na vybrané polymerní materiály. Paralelně byly testovány možnosti komor pro stárnoucí procesy s působením teploty, vlhkosti a radiace i s kombinací jednotlivých procesů. Následně byly optimalizovány parametry pro další realizaci experimentů zohledňujících podmínky praxe ale i pro možnosti zachycení jednotlivých stádií průběhu degradace. Tyto podmínky byly aplikovány na vybrané polymerní materiály. Z realizovaných experimentálních výsledků vyplývá míra vlivu slunečního záření, zvýšené teploty i vlhkosti v dlouhodobém procesu. Z provedených experimentů dále vyplývá, že degradační proces je komplexní a tudíž jednoduchá úvaha, zda je vliv slunečního záření ten zásadní nelze tak jednoduše tvrdit. I v oddělených procesech tj. vliv samotné teploty má vliv na postupné změny v povrchu polymerního materiálu. Vliv teploty za současného působení vlhkosti ve vodních lázních ukázal, že vliv vlhkosti je významný v realizaci síťovacích procesů a to je ve změnách vlastnostech a chování polymerního materiálu se též projevuje. Přesto lze říci, že vliv slunečního záření v provedených experimentech byl dominantní nebo přesněji řečeno rychlost změn je nejvýraznější.

Nanoindentation methods of evaluation of mechanical properties and behaviour and complex application for evaluation of technology and degradation

Nanoindentation methods used for evaluation surface layers are static indentation and scratch indentation too. Static indentation methods are used namely for evaluation hardness characteristics and for evaluation elastic deformation and plastic deformation of surface layers too based on measurement indentation curves - dependence depth indentation and normal force during all indentation process during loading and unloading. Cyclic and step by step indentation modes give possibilities to evaluate much more information about resistivity of surface layers to the indentation stress. Scratch indentation methods are used for evaluation namely adhesive cohesive properties and behaviour of surface layers with very small thickness or/and thin films with very low resistivity of thin films and low hardness. The surface layering is created by technology process of creation of thin films and surface treatment process or by initiation and evolution of degradation process and\nageing process. The initiation of degradation and ageing are evaluated in the starting stadium and in the next with step by step sensitive analysis of changing properties and behaviour. From this point of view static nanoindentation and scratch nanoindentation are very useful for analysis step by step changing of mechanical properties and behaviour with high sensitivity and depth resolution too. The paper presented utilization of nanoindentation static and scratch nanoindentation too for very different application in surface treatment but for evaluation of degradation and ageing process too.

Optimalization of evaluation of initiation of temperature ageing processes of selected cable isolation

The paper is devoted of verification of possibilities of evaluation of initial changing of properties and behaviour of selected polymeric isolation of cables after defined temperature loading simulated of external operational conditions and simulated temperature loading evoked by current loading. There are evaluated initial properties and behaviour of selected polymeric cable isolations and properties and behaviour after natural ageing process and controlled accelerated ageing process during higher temperature loading and different time of exposition to the higher temperature. The method of x-ray fluorescence analysis is used for evaluation of differences of changing of properties and behaviour of polymeric isolation cable materials after natural ageing process and after accelerated controlled ageing processes. There are verificated the possibilities for analysis differences in behaviour of polymeric insulation materials after different ageing process. The paper is namely devoted by verification of the possibilities analytic methods for evaluation initial of changing of properties and behaviour by nanoindentation methods for analysis very small differences in mechanical properties and behaviour of surface layers of polymeric materials used in the application isolation of cables. There are optimized the parameters of nanoindentation measurements for analysis of differences in hardness and elastic plastic behaviour.
