Title: Attitudes to the merger of floorball clubs IVANTI Tigers a START98 Kunratice Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to find out the attitudes and perception of respondents to the merger of floorball clubs. More specifically, the women's team Ivanti Tigers as a defunct association with the male team Start98 Kunratice as a successor association. The partial goal is to propose recomendations that will make it easier for members and supporters of the club to accept changes. Methods: In the survey, were used both quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative method, during electronic questioning, where the members of the club, coaches and parents across all categories were selected as respondents. The survey concerned only members of the defunct association. A semi-structured in-depth interview with the representative of the Tigers club management was chosen as a qualitative method. Results: The survey found the attitude of respondents to the merger and their overall perception of the project. At first, the results revealed that these attitudes were very negative, mainly due to a lack of communication between members and management.
