The subject of my thesis "The motivation and stimulation of employees some company" is to analyze the issue in the company JAP Trading Ltd. The theoretical part presents a theoretical background of the issue. The practical part is focused on analyzing the current incentive program in the company JAP Trading Ltd. The last part is a presentation of possible recommendations that will lead to more effective employee motivation in the company.
Internal Communication in Selected Company.

The diploma thesis concerns the internal communication in the company which I have selected. The theoretical part of the thesis describes generally the findings about communication and internal communication. The body focuses on an analysis of the internal communication within the selected company, using the questionnaire. The analysis includes recommendations based on the results of the survey, which could enhance the effectiveness of internal communication within the company structure.

It states who is responsible for the proper motivation of employees and simultaneously compares the theoretical knowledge of the facts. Further work includes design of an incentive system, tailor the company. Information for this system I get from a questionnaire survey.
The effect of Ethical and non-ethical bus Transportation Carrier behaviour on the choice of the final Consumer

This diploma thesis is dedicated to the effect of ethical/unethical behaviour of bus companies on the final consumer's decision. The work is composed of two sections. The theoretical part is dedicated to the basic characteristics of ethics, its segmentation, and historical development. The practical section describes an analysis of the four largest bus companies. According to a realized marketing study, criteria are presented based on which customers select bus transportation services and what their opinion is of ethics in business. Finally, the results of the marketing study are presented and on the basis of these results, suggestions are made on establishing penalties in the case of unethical business management.
Organizational Culture, Concept for Improvement

The theoretical part of this thesis describes the structure of organizational culture, organizational values, typology of organizational culture, the importance of organizational culture and its functions, sources of organizational culture and relation between organizational culture and corporate strategy. Based on these concepts, it defines the desired organizational culture and ways of achieving it. The practical part deals with organizational culture in a part of a chosen company. The goal of this thesis was to analyse organizational culture in this company division, identify its lacks and suggest solutions leading to desired culture type supporting an efficient functioning of the company.

At first is described the theoretical knowledge regards to personnel activities in small and middle companies, which was processed on basis of specialized literature. In the next part I characterized PESTAN company and analyzed its personnel activities. On basis of gained knowledge I determined proposals focused on improving a current situation.
