Educational curriculum about the community of trees for the pupils of the first stage of elementary schools

This diploma thesis focuses on creation and realization of educational curriculum about the community of trees for the pupils of the first stage of elementary schools. The theoretical part deals with the pedagogical-psychological aspects of the direct studying of the nature and describes suitable methods and forms of teaching with connection to the active teaching. It defines legislative frame for the first stage nature education and the range of curriculum about forests. The thesis describes conditions in which the curriculum is created, its designing, its realization in practice and reflection on the practice. In conclusion it debates usage of this educational curriculum in other elementary schools. This diploma thesis is elaborated within project GAJU 118/2016/S.

TITLE The Choice of the swimming method, the most common mistakes when swimming with applicants for study at the Faculty of Education of Charles University AUTHOR Šárka Papežová DEPARTMENT Department of physical education SUPERVISOR PaedDr. Irena Svobodová ABSTRACT This thesis deals with the choice of swimming strokes in entrance examinations for a study at the College of Education, Charles University, and it also analyses the most common mistakes in individual swimming strokes with reference to accepted swimming rules. The problem is approached from the perspective of academic field of Physical Education and Teaching for Kindergartens and it is analysed with view of sex and age of the candidates. The thesis also turns to the characteristics of individual swimming strokes and mistakes in swimming. Statistical analysis of 5 years of records of entrance examinations were used in preparation of this thesis. Psycho-social supporting care for oncologically diseased persons

The Bachelor work deals with areas of supporting care in oncology. The aim of this work is to draw attention to the importance of psycho-social care as an integral part of complex care for oncologically diseased persons. The theoretic part contains characteristics of the influence of an oncological disease to the life quality of the ill person and his/her closed ones. It describes the process of the hard disease?s acceptance and overcoming the typical obstacles in various stages of the illness. At the same time it presents an outline of an oncological patient?s needs including the need of spiritual care. The theoretic-practical part is devoted to definition of the term supporting care. It surveys, whom psycho-social supporting care in the Czech Republic is provided to and in which health care institutes, hospitals and patients? organisations patients can find it. At the same time it pursues clarification of the term psycho-oncology and outlines the rise and development of psycho-oncology in the Czech Republic. The research part deals with the issue of psycho-social supporting care offer and demand. It also offers a view at the experiences of an oncological patient, the founder of the association Amelie o. s. This association offers psycho-social support and care to oncologically diseased persons and their closed ones.
