The final thesis MOOC in corporate training analyzes the possibilities which companies have when they wish to implement MOOC in their corporate training. Author has analysed training strategies of four selected companies and suggested action steps for them to take to leverage current possibilities.
Analysis of social media as a marketing tool for Prague companies focusing on the sale of clothing and footwear

The aim of this thesis is to provide an analysis of use of social media as a marketing tool, and epsecially to find out, how an average Prague-based company focusing on the sale of clothes and footwear operates on social media. Furthemore, I evaluate online presence of these companies on social media and how they communicate with their customer base. This thesis reacts to a huge rise in popularity of social media and their use to build a brand. My target group are Prague-based companies focusing on the sale of clothes and footwear. I chose this field as I wanted to study a field that is very diversified. My findings can serve as information on the current competitive environment in the field and region in question as well as to help companies to catch up with their competition.
Marketing on Instagram

The thesis focuses on the marketing benefits of using social network Instagram. It describes the functions of the app and the usage of commercial subjects. The thesis demonstrates the successful model by using the best practise method. On other example cases, readers can learn how to implement partial marketing goals and how to analyse outcome data. Based on the gained information, it suggests a general instruction, how to successfully use Instagram as a marketing tool for companies and other projects.
Crowdfunding

This bachelor thesis deals with reward crowdfunding, current crowdfunding providers and factors of success of the crowdfunding campaign. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first theoretical chapter deals with the historical context of crowdfunding and its advantages and risks. The second chapter contains a comprehensive overview of the most famous crowdfunding providers in the Czech Republic and the world. The third chapter is practical and deals with factors of success. The aim is to find the factors that lead to the success of the reward crowdfunding project in the Czech Republic and illustrate these factors on real projects. This chapter also summarizes research findings, which was executed in the form of structure interview with participants of successful projects.
Application of the principles of enterprise informatics to a small business

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to show whether and how the principles of enterprise informatics in a small business environment can be used. The thesis presents enterprise informatics and then presents suggestions for the practice of small companies. Application of these recommendations is demonstrated in a case study.
Marketing communication through fashion blog

The bachelor thesis studies the usage of fashion blogs in the marketing communication. It brings the view of the fact how fashion blogs are perceived by their readers and how readers are influenced by fashion blogs. The theoretical part of the thesis describes marketing communication, communication process, communication mix and online marketing. It is followed by characteristics of blogs and social networks. The practical part is dealt with the description of how my own fashion blog works and with its advertising on social networks. In the conclusion the questionnaire survey was used to identify the public opinion on fashion blogs and their influence on readers. The thesis is finalised by recommendations dedicated to fashion bloggers and are based on my own experience with fashion blogging.
E-learning process focused on Project Management

This bachelor thesis is focused on e-learning process in project management. Theoretical parts expound a basic definition of e-learning and its historic evolution, the most frequent e-learning tools and a summary of pros and cons of mentioned type of education. The thesis contains an analysis of available e-learning materials aimed to project management in national and international market. The main objective of this thesis was to create effective process of making educational videos and to estimate time-consuming nature of this process. The method selected in the research was an empirical study of processes related to the created videos, followed by generalization of effective process and formulation of time-consuming scheme for further educational videos.
Creation of a business plan for establishing an e-shop for importing goods from China

This thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for establishing an e-shop for importing goods from China. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the used methodology and structure of the business plan. The practical part comprises the analysis of the Czech Republic and China market as well as supplier, competition, risk, financial and SWOT analysis. The thesis also describes the procedures related to the import of goods from China and the operation of an e-shop. Finally, the feasibility of the project and its contribution are evaluated.
The Use of Enterprise Social Networks

This thesis focuses on basic characteristic and level of use of selected social networks, with special concentration on enterprise social network Yammer. In the first part of this thesis social networks are generally introduced and basic terms like social network, enterprise social network are defined. Differences between social and enterprise social networks are described as well. Moreover, enterprise social network Yammer will be introduced along with benefits of its application and possible challenges that can be faced within the companies, which decided to implement this enterprise social network. In the following part of this thesis questionnaire survey focused on the use of social networks within the University of Economics in Prague will be conducted. The main aim of the thesis is to propose suggestions that might lead to increase the utilization of enterprise social network Yammer within the University of Economics in Prague.
