Comparison of the annual training plans of floorball top leagues teams in the Czech and Slovak Republic

Title: Comparison of annual training plans of floorball teams in the Czech and Slovak top league of men Objectives: This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of annual training plans in the top league of men in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic and on this basis compares the achieved scores in the 2017/2018 season in the highest league. Methods: The quantitative research was about the detection and comparison of a training capacity in the Czech and Slovak top league. To conclude the research aim a questionnaire with open-ended questions was used. The research was implemented in Czech and Slovak top league teams. The questionnaire was completed by 20 Czech and Slovak coaches. Results: Based on the comparison of the annual training plans teams in the Czech top league have 40 % more training lessons than in Slovakia. Teams which weekly dedicate one hour or more to the power play skills are more successful according to statistics in the Czech top league. This hypothesis has not been confirmed in the Slovak League. Hypotheses dealing with technique training and video analysis have also not been confirmed. Coaching activity in the volleyball trainning process for the young players category

Title of thesis: Coaching activity in the volleyball training process for the young players category Aim of thesis: The aim of thesis is to find out, describe and evaluate volleyball coaching activity in the training process and during the match at young players category Method: To fulfill the research objectives, I used the method of interrogation using non-standardized questionnaire with closed, semi-opened and opened questions. The obtained data from the questionnaire were analyzed by the sum of the number of probands and their answers. The results were processed by conventional statistical methods, expressed in words, tables and graphs. Results: The results of the thesis showed both the opinions of the coaches, but above all their coaching practices or methods, which they apply during training process. In some cases it is difficult to determine whether the procerures are correct or not, but there are cases whet i tis obvious. We partially touched the problem of early specialization in young players category. Analysis of the percentage of success and different types of attacks in beach volleyball.

Title: Analysis of percentage representation and success of various kinds of offensive hits in beach volleyball The aim of the work: The aim of the thesis is to find out the percentage success and representation of various offensive hits in the FIVB Beach volleyball World Tour series of men and women teams. Method: The research method was the observation of 24 videos during which I wrote down the necessary data in to a specially prepared chart. By observation and wrote down in to the chart has been gained necessary data for evaluation. Results: The results present the success and representaiton of various offensive hits in the men and women categories. They are summarized in text and charts. In addition, the results informed about the proportions of beach volleyball spike hits and beach volleyball technicals hits, or about representation of blocked offensive hits. Use of expanders in tennis training

Title: Use of expanders in tennis training Objectives: The main object of this thesis is to draw up a conditioning training using resistance bands. The training will be divided into three parts. Different type of expander will be used in each part. These parts will be: warm up, main part and final stretching. Photographs of these different exercises will be enclosed. It will be create the stack of exercises with resistance bands. Results of this thesis could encourage tennis trainers to use these practical tools more often. Methods: On the basis of data analysis the fitness training, using expanders and divided into three parts, will be drawn up. The exercises will be validated in model training with adult players. After undergoing this suggested training an interview with players will be carried out. This will help as a feedback for evaluation of the training. Results: The result is a stack of exercises that can be used for condition in tennis training. The theoretical basis of the thesis deals with fitness factors as a complex influencing sports performance in tennis. The exercises were tested in model tennis training with adult players. Title: Monitoring of selected psychological factors in girl's volleyball Objective: The objective of this work is the monitoring of the manifestations having an effect on the mental state of volleyball players. Methods: The research file consisted of the teams of the first league junior players. In my work I use the method of inquiry. The questionnaire is largely based on selecting from alternative answers, but there are also forms of clear answers of the type yes, no. It contains three sections of questions, where each part addresses a different issue. With the help of the questionnaires, I examined selected factors having an impact on the psyche of the players. Results: The final part consists of the evaluation of the questionnaires with the help of tables and subsequent verbal assessment of each question. Tracking the success of attack after the previous defense strike for beach volleyball players

The aim of the work: The aim of this work was to find out what attacks after the previous defense are played by the best players in the world and whether they are successful. Method: In this work I used statistics from videos on the Beach Major Series. Results: The results showed that the hardest strikes are most often played diagonally. Then statistics showed that players are successful in over half of their strikes, except for one exception. The creation of a methodical series of exercises for the specialization of the libero in volleyball.

In this Master's thesis I am focusing on the creation of a series of exercices for the libero player in volleyball. Exercises focus on the training of specific activities that are mandatory while participating in the game: passing, digging, setting and covering. In the description of individual game activities, always emphasize the key moments of training. The first part focuses on introducing readers to the theoretical basics of volleyball. The main focus is on the detailed description and analysis of the key gaming activities of libero such as mentioned before. The second part of the Master's thesis consists of the exercises I have created for libero player specialization. Exercises are divided into four parts, according to individual game activities. Exercises shown in kinograms (phased footage from the video that is verbally described). Attached to the Master's thesis is a video with a complete series of skill developing exercises with comments. Title: Differences between the workload of top beach volleyball players by specialization during the match. Objektives: The main objective of this thesis is to observe the external load of players during the match. To determine whether the load varies and as a player who plays mainly in the field - fielder and the player who plays mainly on the network and blocks - blocker. We will focus on quantitative indicators of external loads. Methods: The research is formed by an evaluation. Another method which was used was a method of data mining ( measurements, observations) and their further elaboration. Results: The results present and evaluate implemented programs. Development of youth volleyball in Nachodsko region

Title: Possibilities of volleyball development in Náchod region Objectives: The primary goal of this thesis is to identify and analyze current problems of volleyball development in selected region of Náchod and also to propose possible solutions to the most significant issues. Secondary goal is to analyze current membership base, financial situation of volleyball clubs and other presumed problems preventing good development of volleyball sport in given region. Methods: The main method used in this thesis is a case study based on the analysis of primary and secondary data complemented by simple quantitative methods. Primary data was obtained from semi-structured interviews with local professionals. Secondary data were collected from the clubs historical materials, internet and other sources. To complement the case study there is also basic quantitative analysis of secondary data obtained from the statistics of membership base based on analyzing occurrence frequency and percentage reports for selected volleyball clubs. Results: There are main findings about membership base in Czechia which is constantly declining. On the contrary in the group of girl and boy pupils there is an opposite trend in recent years both in Czechia and in selected region clubs. This growth is happening thanks to the project...
Monitoring physical fitness in volleyball girls aged 15 - 18 years.

Title: The Physical Fitness monitoring of The Volleyball players from the Age 15 - 18 Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to find out and compare changes in averaged performances of physical fitness in selected girls' volleyball teams based on testing in 2014 with the 2017 results Methods: The thesis uses methods of summarization and compilation, comparation, description and result evaluation Results: The best performance was recorded in the volleyball team SK Dansport Praha. The biggest improvement was found in team VK Kavčí hory compared to the previous measurement.
