Early specialization in youth female volleyball

Title: Early specialization in youth female volleyball Objectives: Describe whether the current way of volleyball training process is inclined to a long-term concept of early specialization. Methods: The distribution electronic questionnaire of the E-survey type managed to collect the necessary data from 75 coaches of youth girls volleyball teams from all regions of the Czech Republic. The questionnaire was mostly relevant to coaches in the U13 category and contained 22 questions. The answers to the questions were statistical methods of processing tables and graphs and possibilities compared with research and literature Results: We found that 39% of coaches consider specialized training to be the most suitable form of sports training in the U13 category. It turned out that none of the other forms, such as general motor skills training and minivolleyball, has such a representation. The project of minivolleyball in colors is perceived positively by 82% of respondents, on the other hand in this category only less than 20% place it in more than half of the training units. Title: Analysis of selected factors influencing of reception in volleyball Objectives: Analysis of selected factors influencing of reception in volleyball in the women's extra league Methods: Quantitative research is used helping with electronic questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed to women extra league players. The questionnaire included questions from the field of general information, technical, tactical and psychological components of the training. Conclusion: 49 respondents answered the questionnaire. The starting position for the float service is different from the starting position for the jump service. Title: Monitoring the number of injuries in volleyball specializations and their prevention Objectives: The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to monitor, which player specialization is most burdened by the number of injuries and what prevention they use. . Methods: To obtain the necessary data, the method of expert finding in the form of a questionnaire was used. Hypotheses were established, the obtained data were processed into graphs and the results were determined. Then the results were compared with hypotheses and with foreign and Czech literature. . Results: I have found that the most affected position by injuries is middle blocker. The highest incidence of acute injuries is in the area of fingers and ankles. Players most often have chronic problems with their knees and shoulders. In terms of prevention, I found that volleyball players most often use regeneration in the form of other sports activities and that the length of their initial warm-up does not correspond to the theoretical basis. Title: Success rate monitoring of the selected volleyball spiker game moves in the cadet division. Aim: The goal of the thesis is to find out the success of the players in the hitter's position in the best teams of the cadet extraleague in selected individual game activities, both on the pass and on the attack. Method: The method used in this work was a video analysis, which with the real-time monitoring of selected matches provided the necessary data. Results: The results confirmed that the second spikers were better players, although the difference was wafer-thin. However, the first spikers were not better attacking players than second spikers. Comparison of the annual training plans of floorball top leagues teams in the Czech and Slovak Republic

Title: Comparison of annual training plans of floorball teams in the Czech and Slovak top league of men Objectives: This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of annual training plans in the top league of men in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic and on this basis compares the achieved scores in the 2017/2018 season in the highest league. Methods: The quantitative research was about the detection and comparison of a training capacity in the Czech and Slovak top league. To conclude the research aim a questionnaire with open-ended questions was used. The research was implemented in Czech and Slovak top league teams. The questionnaire was completed by 20 Czech and Slovak coaches. Results: Based on the comparison of the annual training plans teams in the Czech top league have 40 % more training lessons than in Slovakia. Teams which weekly dedicate one hour or more to the power play skills are more successful according to statistics in the Czech top league. This hypothesis has not been confirmed in the Slovak League. Hypotheses dealing with technique training and video analysis have also not been confirmed. Title of thesis: Coaching activity in the volleyball training process for the young players category Aim of thesis: The aim of thesis is to find out, describe and evaluate volleyball coaching activity in the training process and during the match at young players category Method: To fulfill the research objectives, I used the method of interrogation using non-standardized questionnaire with closed, semi-opened and opened questions. The obtained data from the questionnaire were analyzed by the sum of the number of probands and their answers. The results were processed by conventional statistical methods, expressed in words, tables and graphs. Results: The results of the thesis showed both the opinions of the coaches, but above all their coaching practices or methods, which they apply during training process. In some cases it is difficult to determine whether the procerures are correct or not, but there are cases whet i tis obvious. We partially touched the problem of early specialization in young players category. Title: Analysis of percentage representation and success of various kinds of offensive hits in beach volleyball The aim of the work: The aim of the thesis is to find out the percentage success and representation of various offensive hits in the FIVB Beach volleyball World Tour series of men and women teams. Method: The research method was the observation of 24 videos during which I wrote down the necessary data in to a specially prepared chart. By observation and wrote down in to the chart has been gained necessary data for evaluation. Results: The results present the success and representaiton of various offensive hits in the men and women categories. They are summarized in text and charts. In addition, the results informed about the proportions of beach volleyball spike hits and beach volleyball technicals hits, or about representation of blocked offensive hits.
