This thesis is focused on the analysis and proposal of the device used for the control of the rotator for the offset antenna controlled by the computer. It explains the principle of the satellite transmitting and aiming the earth-bound antennas. It describes the designs of the individual circuits, printed circuit board and the programming solutions. Device will be the modernization of the existing positioning device.

Predefined animations have safety, practical, and design functions. The innovative solution presents a new level of communication between the vehicle and its environment. The purpose is to increase safety and improve traffic flow.
