Internal Communication in a Selected Company

The thesis aims to analyze the state of internal communication in the selected company, to identify bottlenecks (ineffective) in this area between subordinates/supervisors across all departments of the analyzed company and to propose possible solutions that would contribute to their improvement. Based on the theoretical findings and the results of the interviews with selected respondents of the analyzed company, solutions are proposed that will lead to improved information sharing, increased awareness, improved motivation and employee engagement, which in turn will positively affect the overall working atmosphere in the company.
