This diploma thesis focuses on the motivation system of a particular company, its development and improvement. The current state of the motivation system and employee satisfaction with it are analyzed based on a survey. Subsequently, suggestions are made with the intention to improve employee satisfaction with the above-mentioned motivation system.

Practical part is focused on marketing mix of selected company is evaluated the current state of this mix and compiled proposals for the creation of a new mix.
