Indoor Environmental Education - educational methods realized within anon-formal education of an NGO called Civic Inspiration
Vošahlíková, Tereza ; Teodoridis, Vasilis (advisor) ; Lišková, Eva (referee)
Environmental education indoors - system of work with children implemented within the framevork of a leisure club organized in a civil association Občanská inspirace The introduced Mgr. thesis is focused on the methods of children s education that can be applied within environmental education in the environment of a city. There is lack of access to the nature in cities, especially in housing estates. Besides there is a rising demand for environmental education of children who grow up without natural approach to the nature in general. The starting point of this thesis is the question of possibilities^that are available for pedagogues dealing with environmental education in children's leisure time in big cities. The thesis draws on three different branches: pedagogy of leisure time, environmental education, system of work with children. Each branch gives important foundation for organizing a leisure club dedicated on environmental education. Another section of the thesis represents implementing a leisure club (called ,,ecoclub") that was realized in the framework of a civil association Občanská inspirace working in prague housing estate černý Most. The association has a great significance for implementation of envirinmental education in this part of the city therefore one section of the thesis is dedicated on...
Optical spectroscopy of magnetic nanostructures
Lišková, Eva
Title: Optical spectroscopyof magnetic nanostructures Author: Eva Liskova Department: Fyzikalni Ostav Univerzity Karlovy Supervisor: Prof. Ing. Stefan Visnovsky, DrSc. Supervisor's e-mail address: visnov@karlov.mff,cuni.cz Abstract: Magnetic oxide nanostructures of La2/3Sri/3Mn03, BixYi.xFe5012 and Fe304 were investigated using magneto-optical reflection spectroscopic ellipsometry in the photon energy range between 1 and 5 eV. The samples were grown using MBE (Molecular Beam Epitaxy) and PLD (Pulsed Laser Deposition). Their spectroscopic studies were focused to the effects of growth conditions, substrate crystallographic orientation as well as those of subsequent heat treatment in oxygen. Thanks to this selective approach, largely eliminating substrate contribution, relevant information on physical properties of the low volume samples was obtained. Note that ordinary structural and magnetic metrologies suffer of reduced sensitivity due to the dominating effect of bulky substrates. The research was motivated by practical applications of the investigated nanostructures in spin electronics, reading high density magnetic disks, in nonreciprocal optoelectronics devices, magneto-optical light modulators, and megnetophotonic crystals. In addition, the physical properties of magnetite present interest for the use...
Challenging situations and stress in secondary school teacher's professional life
LIŠKOVÁ, Eva
The subject of my thesis is challenging situations and stress in the professional life of secondary school teachers. The aim of my thesis is to analyze what causes these stressful experiences and experiences of these stressful situations. The theoretical part deals with the definition of stress, the symptoms of stress in humans, the stressors, the stress on teachers, ways of coping with stress, difficult life situations and the analysis of burnout. In the practical part I have focused on research among teachers at a secondary school in South Bohemia. The aim of the research is to determine how individual teachers manage and cope with stress.
Magnetic nanostructures for recording and optical sensors
Lišková, Eva ; Višňovský, Štefan (advisor) ; Maryško, Miroslav (referee) ; Postava, Kamil (referee)
Title: Magnetic nanostructures for recording and optical sensors Author: Eva Lišková Department: Institute of Physics, Charles University Supervisor: Prof. Ing. Štefan Višňovský, DrSc. Abstract: Magneto-optical (MO) spectra of multilayered structures with enhanced MO effect were studied using the polar and longitudinal Kerr spectroscopy with oblique angle of light incidence in the photon energy range 1.2 eV to 5 eV. The samples with Fabry- Perot cavity like architecture, were modeled using Yeh matrix formalism. Two sets of samples, with composition FeF2/Fe/FeF2 and AlN/Fe/AlN, were prepared by molecular beam epitaxy and sputtering. The relations were studied between the position of the enhanced peak in the MO spectra and the structure. Second part of this work was devoted to the Pt/Co/Pt structures and the influence of the ion implantation on MO spectra and structural composition. The studied multilayer structures present interest for MO sensor and memory applications. Keywords: Magneto-optical Kerr effect, Magneto-optical sensor, Fabry-Perot resonator, Ion implantation

Book design in the context of the phenomenon bestseller
LIŠKOVÁ, Eva
The theoretical part of the thesis in his first chapter of the book deals with a phenomenon that accompanies since its inception and how it affects us the literary world. The next phase will analyze literary types and origin of fiction itself, which strongly supported the reading culture and to encourage the creation of rights bestsellers. The next section will focus on the book and its difficult journey from writer to designer, printers and finally to the reader. The next phase deals with books in physical and electronic form, the reader walks of life and then directly bestseller term, as the current phenomenon of literary culture. Then represents one of the writers Dan Brown and his books of content and visual aspects. The last part will deal with the linking book design and art education in the practical part of the thesis description of the treatment, resulting arises file publishing a collection of selected books by Dan Brown.
