Title: Compensatory exercise as one of the possible means of injury prevention for tennis players Aim: The aim of this thesis was based on professional articles and available literature to identify and describe the most common injuries that occur in adult tennis players of all performance levels and then focus on creating a set of compensatory exercises (relaxing, strengthening and stretching) that could lead to reduction. risk of injury. Methods: The thesis was based on empirical character. Both findings from professional literature and articles published in peer-reviewed journals were used. The proposed compensatory exercises were selected on the basis of professional literature and articles, which focused either on the elimination of imbalances and injury prevention in tennis players, or on exercises typical and suitable for tennis player development, whether from performance (skill) or physical (physiological) point of view. Conclusion: Based on the literature and articles, it was found that the most common mechanism of tennis injuries is due to overload, which means that tennis players train more time than optimal and does not sufficiently compensate. Title: Tennis Injuries and Their Prevention Objectives: To summarize current information about the most frequent injuries of tennis players, their causes and possible prevention on the basis of scholarly and professional literature. Methods: The Bachelor's thesis is carried out as an overview study analysing scholarly and professional literature that deals with the most frequent injuries and their prevention with tennis players. The main goals of work were to search for various professional articles containing the topic of tennis injuries, their appropriate prevention and rehabilitation as well as enlarge the knowledge of these injuries, their causes and possible localization on various parts of body. Another goal was to raise awareness of proper recovery during the performance period as well as appropriate rehabilitation and compensation exercises during the injury. Results: The relevant literature shows that most of the tennis injuries are caused by overload, which means players spend more time than optimum on the tennis court. Another cause of these injuries is an incorrect performance of tennis shot, for which tennis coaches are partly to blame too. This bachelor thesis deals with Italian foreign policy in the fascist period. The main aim of thesis is to analyse Italian foreign policy during years 1922-1943 and to outline its main characteristics, motives and consequences. To fulfill this aim, the thesis concentrates on the development of the Kingdom of Italy and its foreign policy since unification until the fall of the fascist regime, including the development of the fascism as an ideology and as a regime. The pivotal part focuses on the interwar period through Italian imperialism and Italian relations with European powers, such as Great Britain and France, as well as relations with Nazi Germany.
