The aim of my thesis is to outline the problems of determining normal rent for the land. In the beginning of my work I have focused on defining the basic concepts that relate to your topic. I also focused on clarifying the concept of market value. In another part of his continuing work allude tenancy, the rights and obligations of the landlord and tenant. To determine the usual rent is necessary to establish the normal price of the land, so in the next part, the method of valuation of land. Then bring the reader into the very issue of determining normal rent for the land. Document structuring and computer typesetting

This thesis analyses the importance of document structuring as an indispensible part of the document creation process. The key focus is put on a general user who acts as the document creator and originator. We aim to show the user that when a proper structuring is included in the authoring process, higher quality output can be achieved. First we define the properties and requirements for a high quality document showing that the logical structuring assumes a prime role. We continue by investigating how are the available document authoring tools capable of fulfilling those requirements and how do they cope with different document classes and output types. We conclude by comparing, discussing, and analyzing the results and try to provide a complex and unbiased overview of the problem.
