Complex Realization of Housing Project

The thesis concentrates on the evaluation of the factors that affect the viability of housing projects in Brno. The first part consists of an economic evaluation of a project. There are defined restrictive economic conditions of the realization. The second part is the suggestion of a process and options for securing clients’ financial funds. The last part consists of a proposal of the promotion of the project in the context of economic efficiency.

The bachelor’s thesis is focused on evaluating the performance of a selected company Doprastav, a. s. in the monitored period 2015 to 2020. The first part focuses on the theoretical basis, where are specified selected indicators and terms. In the second part of thesis, selected indicators and terms from the first part, are being used. In the last, third part, are presented own proposals that can contribute to improve the financial situation and performance of the company.

The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluating the performance of a selected company in the period 2014-2018 using methods of financial analysis and proposing solutions to improve it. The thesis consists of three main parts. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical background, which are then used in the second part of the thesis. After analyzing the current situation, the third part proposes measures aimed at improving the financial situation and performance of the company.

The bachelor thesis is about creating a real business plan for the establishment of a trading company located in Brno distributing hygienic merchandise and it’s accessories. The first part summarizes the theoretical basis of the thesis and defines terms related to business plan. Follows complex analysis of the current state. Based on the findings in the previous parts, the business plan itself is prepared. At the end of the thesis are estimated the overall outcomes and feasibility of the business plan.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the creating a forecasting model of demand. In the first part, theoretical concepts that relate to demand and demand forecasting are singled out. In the second part, the analysis of the firm was carried out and the main activity of the enterprise, basic requisites, basic information and history of the company were prescribed. In the last part, proposals for increasing demand are presented.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with evaluation of business performance by financial analysis instruments. The joint-stock company KRÁLOVOPOLSKÁ was chosen to be analysed from 2017 to 2020. The first part of bachelor’s thesis is devoted to theoretical terms. The second part deals with practical processing of terms mentioned in the first part and also brief description of the chosen company. Methods of financial analysis will be used and depending on the results a few financial changes will be suggested to help the company.

The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to make a business plan for the establishment of a stellplatz on land that is owned by my father. In the analytical part, I will evaluate the current state and the overall starting position for the practical part. I dedicate the practical part to a specific business plan, its financing, the necessities without which the plan would not have taken place and, last but not least, its evaluation, whether the business plan is feasible at all.

The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is to determine the cost functions of the contract of the construction company Standan s. r. o.. The sub-objectives of the thesis are to define the theoretical basis of the solution, to perform a classification analysis and to define the cost function of the order. The last partial objective is to identify the key parameters of the cost function and their relationship with the total price of the order through correlation and regression analysis.
