This bachelor thesis discusses the role of renewable sources of energy in energetics of a family house and technologies providing this possibility. Special care is given to power production, heating and air conditioning. The issue of low-energy and passive houses is described in the beginning of the thesis, leading to acknowledgement with different types of energy sources. Analytic part of the thesis contains general information about ways of heating and power production using renewable sources of energy. Different ways of ventilation are introduced and suitability of specific technologies assessed. The practical part describes design of ventilation and heating unit in an experimental house.

COMPARISON OF MORTALITY STRUCTURE BY AGE IN THE REGIONS OF THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION

The presented diploma thesis deals with the comparison of mortality structure by age and includes 194 member countries of the World Health Organization. The aim of the thesis is to confront mortality development in these countries with the help of individual mortality characteristics. At the beginning of this thesis are defined demographic terms and indicators, data sources and calculation methodology. The databases of the World Health Organization and the World Bank were used as the main source of data and all countries were divided into six world regions. The second chapter is devoted to selected types of mortality, namely neonatal and infant, under-five mortality, maternal mortality and adult mortality. After that, the work focuses on life expectancy of 0 and 60 years of age divided per sex. The last chapter is devoted to the optimum retirement age in selected countries. Conclusion connects of the all above well, and we can find there comprehensive information about difference of mortality practically all over the world.
Particular Situation in Preaching on the Example of Important Holidays or Event: December 26th - St. Stephen's Day

The theme of the thesis, which you hold in your hands is particular situation of sermon on the occasion of December 26th with its specific topic about the first Christian martyr St. Stephen. The aim of this work is to explore, in discussion with experts and current Protestant preachers, the homiletic possibilities of how such specific situation should be addressed. Master thesis has four main parts. The first part investigates how available homiletic literature operates with the key terms: preaching, celebration and Stephen. New Testament biblical texts associated with Stephen are processed in this part as well. The second, more practical part, deals with particular sermons of contemporary Slovak and Czech ministers, and invites them into a conversation about a particular situation of both St. Stephen and the listener who is being addressed with these sermons. The third part of the thesis provides conclusion. The annex is important as well, for it provides a collection of sermons on this particular subject. Foreigners in Czech republic after 1993

This thesis deals with foreigners living in the Czech Republic after 1993. Apart from the investigation on foreigners, the bachelor thesis also points to their education and economic activity in the Czech Republic. All of the chapters are analysed from several points of view, in addition to the actual number of foreigners, their ethnic composition and spatial distribution in different regions of the Czech Republic has also been indicated. The bachelor thesis points out the possible reasons leading to the decision of foreigners to work in the territory of our country or study at secondary schools or universities in the Czech Republic. The development of the number of foreigners at Czech schools of the Czech labour market has been processed into graphic form.
