The diploma thesis focuses on implementing project management tools and methods that could improve the company's productivity. The thesis consists of a theoretical part that explains terms, methods, and procedures. The second part describes a digital agency called Adbros, s.r.o. and analysis of its current state. The analytical part is connected to the solution part which draws on the analyses and methods used and provides a proposal for a project management solution applicable in the future.

The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the current project management setting in the JONCERS company and the proposal for its efficiency and security improvement. The thesis includes detailed look at the general project management setting, which company use and detailed analysis of one chosen project. Analysis of the current state of the project is made by using own created analysis of the project and project team setting and by using the risk analysis. Subsequently, the thesis contains solution proposals, which goal is improvement of project management weaknesses and by it achieve higher security and efficiency.

Improving project management processes in a non-governmental, non-profit organization.

The thesis examines the challenges faced by an organization serving marginalized Roma people in attracting and retaining qualified project managers. The issues stem from low pay and the unique characteristics of the target group. As a result, the organization hires young, inexperienced graduates and provides them with project management training. However, ensuring a solid understanding of project management principles and their effective application poses challenges. The thesis aims to propose practical solutions and recommendations to address the identified problems through a comprehensive guide-like format. It analyzes the current situation, compares project management standards, and presents a case study to identify key issues. The thesis also explores the impact of the proposed solutions and their potential benefits for the organization. By enhancing project management practices and providing a supplementary knowledge source, the thesis seeks to support new hires in understanding the role and overcoming challenges in managing projects effectively.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the use of project management methods, tools and knowledge in planning a business conference for a selected non-profit organization AIESEC Brno. The thesis consists of three main parts. The first chapter explains the theoretical background of project management. The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the current state of the organization and the background of the previous edition of the conference with a description of the problems that occurred. The last part of the thesis contains proposals of solutions and their benefits for the project and the organization in the long run.

The first part describes the theoretical background of the thesis necessary for the subsequent processing of the project. The second part contains the own analysis of the technical solution, which is focused on the technical specification of the solution. In the third part, a concrete project plan is developed by using project management tools and methods.

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the use of project management tools in a specific company operating in the information technology industry. The project addressed by this thesis aims on the integration of duplicate systems resulting from the merger of two companies with the use of the PRINCE2 framework. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theoretical methods and techniques used to process the thesis. The second part analyses the current state of the company and the initial information for the project. The thesis concludes with the third part, which contains the practical application of the methods for project design and the evaluation of benefits for the company.
