Bakalářská práce na téma se zaměřuje na komunikaci s pacienty v analgosedaci. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jaké komunikační techniky sestry během komunikace s pacienty v analgosedaci využívají a jaké překážky sestry vnímají při komunikaci s pacientem v analgosedaci. Ke splnění stanovených cílů byla data sbírána metodou dotazování a k samotnému sběru dat byla využita technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se všeobecnými sestrami a zdravotnickými záchranáři na anesteziologicko-resuscitačním oddělení ve vybrané nemocnici Jihočeského kraje. Výsledky rozhovoru byly nadále doplněny o data získaná prostřednictvím zjevného nezúčastněného pozorování. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo osm informantů. Získaná data byla podrobena analýze otevřeného kódování metodou tužka a papír. Na podkladě získaných dat pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů byly výsledky kategorizovány do 4 kategorií a 3 podkategorií. Výsledky pozorování byly kategorizovány do 3 kategorií. Na základě výzkumného šetření jsme zjistili, že sestry se během komunikace s pacienty v analgosedaci hojně zaměřují na verbální popis výkonů, které během celodenní ošetřovatelské péče pacienta provádějí. Kromě verbální komunikace považují za klíčové do celého procesu zahrnout i nonverbální prvky, zejména dotyky. V oblasti alternativních komunikačních technik je jejich využívání velmi rozmanité, přičemž každý informant využívá jiné spektrum těchto technik. Dále bylo zjištěno, že informanti za největší překážku bránící zajištění efektivní komunikace považují samotné zajištění dýchacích cest pacienta. Výsledky výzkumné části bakalářské práce mohou sloužit jako edukační materiál pro sestry, které se setkávají s pacienty v analgosedaci. Dále by mohly posloužit i pro výuku studentů Zdravotně sociální fakulty Jihočeské univerzity coby ucelený zdroj informací o specifické komunikaci právě s pacienty v analgosedaci. The bachelor thesis "Communication with Patient with Disorder of Consciousness" focuses on communication with patient in analgesia sedation. The aim of this work was to find out what communication techniques nurses use when communicating with patients in analgesia sedation and what obstacles nurses perceive when communicating with patients in analgesia sedation. Data were collected using the questioning method to achieve the set goals, and the data collection itself was carried out using the technique of semi-structured interviews with general nurses and paramedics in the anesthesiology and resuscitation department of a selected hospital in the South Bohemian Region. The results of the interviews were further supplemented with data obtained through overt non-participant observation. The research sample consisted of eight informants. The obtained data were subjected to open coding analysis using the pencil and paper method. The results were categorized into 4 categories and 3 subcategories, based on the data obtained through semi-structured interviews. The results of the observations were categorized into 3 categories. Based on the research investigation, we found that nurses during communication with patients in analgesia sedation frequently focus on the verbal description of the procedures they perform during the patient's daily nursing care. In addition to verbal communication, they consider it crucial to include non-verbal elements in the entire process, especially touch. In the field of alternative communication techniques, their use is very diverse, with each informant using a different spectrum of these techniques. Furthermore, it was found that the informants consider the greatest obstacle to ensure effective communication to be the very securing of the patient's airways. The results of the research part of the bachelor thesis can serve as educational material for nurses who encounter patients in analgesia sedation. They could also be used for teaching students of the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences at the University of South Bohemia as a comprehensive source of information on specific communication with patients in analgesia sedation.
