Analýza se věnuje určení shody získaného vzdělání a vykonávaného zaměstnání z hlediska odbornosti. Hodnocením shody posuzuje využití kvalifikace absolventů nejen z hlediska úrovně dosaženého vzdělání, ale i z hlediska vhodnosti absolvovaného vzdělání pro výkon příslušného zaměstnání. Pro hodnocení souladu mezi vzděláním a zaměstnáním je použita čtyřstupňová škála – úplná shoda, částečná shoda, dílčí neshoda a hrubá neshoda. The analysis focuses on determining the conformity of the acquired education and the work done in terms of expertise. The assessment of conformity assesses the use of graduates' qualifications not only in terms of the level of education attained but also in terms of the suitability of the education received for the performance of the relevant employment. The four-step scale is used to assess the correspondence between education and employment - full compliance, partial compliance, partial disagreement and gross disagreement.
