Předmětem diplomové práce je zhodnocení současného stavu celoživotního vzdělávání ve státním sektoru a nestátním neziskovém sektoru. Cílem práce je navrhnout možnosti celoživotního vzdělávání ve státním sektoru a v nestátním neziskovém sektoru. Práce se zaměřuje na důvody, které pracovníky vedou ke zvyšování dosaženého vzdělávání a k účasti na vzdělávacích seminářích. Práce se zabývá i stavem podpory ze strany zaměstnavatele nebo organizace. V teoretické části se vychází ze studia dokumentů. V praktické části byly vybrány konkrétní úřady a organizace, u kterých bylo provedeno kvantitativní šetření pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku a kvalitativní šetření pomocí polostandardizovaných rozhovorů. Shromážděná data byla vyhodnocena a byl konstatován závěr. Diplomová práce ukázala cestu pro zlepšení práce se zaměstnanci, kterým chybí potřebné vzdělání. The subject of the the diploma thesis is the evaluation the current state of lifelong learning in the govermental and non-govermental non-profit sectors. The aim of the thesis to suggest possibilities for lifelong learning in govermental and non-govermental non-profit sectors. The thesis focuses on reasons which lead workers to increase the level of their achieved education and to participate in educational workshops. It deals with the state of employer or company support. Its theoretical part is based on studying of documents. For conducting the practical part there were chosen particular authorities and organizations where a quantitative survey using a standardized questionnaire and qualitative research using semi-structured interviews were done. The collected data were analyzed and the conclusion stated. Diploma thesis shows the way for the improvement of work with employees who lack the necessary education.
