Bakalářská práce sleduje Dopad vzdělávání nezaměstnaných na jejich uplatitelnost na trhu práce. V teoretické části vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se nezaměstnanosti a popisuje vývoj i současný stav nezaměstnanosti v České republice, především se zaměřením na Jihočeský kraj. Následně shrnuje možnosti vzdělávání nezaměstnaných a charakterizuje potřeby trhu práce v daném regionu. Též informuje o proběhlých projektech pro nezaměstnané v Jihočeském kraji financových ESF. Cíl práce je naplněn v praktické části zpracováním případových studií (kazuistik), kde je popsáno 5 příběhů klientů, kteří se účastnili některého projektu pro nezaměstnané v Jihočeském kraji. U každého klienta je uvedena osobní i rodinná anamnéza a jeho situace na trhu práce před vstupem do projektu. Pomocí metody rozhovoru byly zjištěny důvody, jež je vedly k zapojení do projektu, jakých vzdělávacích aktivit se účastnil, které nové dovednosti získal a jaké důsledky mělo absolvování tohoto vzdělávání na jeho uplatnitelnost na trhu práce i osobní rozvoj, především z dlouhodobého hlediska. This bachelor thesis examines the impact of unemployed education on their applicability in the labour market. The theoretical section delimits the basic terms concerning unemployment and describes its development and state of present-day in the Czech Republic, especially focusing on the South Bohemian Region. Afterwards it summarizes possibilities of unemployment education a characterizes demands of labour market in the region in question. It informs as well about former projects for the unemployed in the South Bohemian Region funded by the European Social Fund. The aim of this thesis is attained in the practical section through several case studies, where five stories of clients who participate on some project for the unemployed in the South Bohemia are described. For each of these clients there are personal and family analyses and the situation in the labour market before the beginning of project. Using an interview method, reasons contributing to taking part in the project, educational activities attended and skills acquired during it, and finally the impacts of this education on clients' applicability in the labour market and their personal development from the long-term view are discussed.
