Tato studie se zabývá vybranými otázkami měnové politiky v období před měnovým otřesem, po otřesu a v souvislosti se vstupem do Evropské měnové unie. Jsou zde diskutovány příčiny vzniku vnější nerovnováhy, problémy spojené s volbou nového rámce měnové politiky po opuštění fixního kurzu, souvislosti se vstupem do Evropské unie. This study deals with some issues of monetary policy in the period before the monetary shock after shock in connection with the entry into the European Monetary Union. There are discussed the causes of external imbalances, problems related to the election of a new monetary policy framework after leaving the fixed exchange rate, with the entry into the European Union.
