Zpráva se zaměřuje na tehdejší otázky ohledně cílů bankovní regulace a dohledu. Zabývá se oblastí střední a východní Evropy a bere v úvahu celou řadu konkrétních jevů. A zmiňuje změnu legislativy ČNB. This paper focuses on the current issues linked to the goals of banking regulation and supervision. It deals with areas of central and eastern Europe, and takes into account a range of specific phenomena. A change in legislation mentions of the Czech national bank.
