Hanzlová, Andrea ; Kotýnková, Martina (advisor) ; Brožová, Kamila (referee)
1 Abstract: Deep stabilizing system is a system of deep placed muscles, which are responsible for spine stability in calm position and during movement. Composition of this system is not totally explicit. Different authors, either native or foreigner, have different opinion on it. Kolář says, that this system includes deep cervical muscles, deep muscle system of the spine, muscles of the pelvic floor, stomach muscles and mostly diaphragm and its postural function. The content of this work in theoretical part is clarification of the term deep stabilizing system, introduction of its function and single elements in terms of anatomy, descriptoin of their basic functions, explanation of basic terms, which are relevant to this topic (for example posture, stabilization and stability). You can also find there different ways of testing and possibilities of physiotherapeutical influence of deep stabilizing system. Practical part of this work is qualitative research. For one month, I did therapy of two patiens, who have chronic back pain. After series of special tests, I detected disfunction of deep stabilizing system. I chose program of progressive dynamic stabilization of lumbar spine. You can find not only casuistry but also pictures of single elements of deep stabilizing system, few tests and program that I used in...

Molecular mechanisms of checkpoint signalling and termination
Benada, Jan ; Macůrek, Libor (advisor) ; Brábek, Jan (referee) ; Truksa, Jaroslav (referee)
Cells employ an extensive signalling network to protect their genome integrity, termed DNA damage response (DDR). The DDR can trigger cell cycle checkpoints which prevent cell cycle progression and allow repair of DNA damage. The failures in these safeguarding mechanism are represented by serious human malignancies, most predominantly by cancer development. This work aims to contribute to the understanding of how do the cells negatively regulate DDR and cell cycle checkpoint signalling. We focused mainly on Wip1 (PPM1D) phosphatase, which is a major negative regulator of DDR and is indispensable for checkpoint recovery. Firstly, we have shown that Wip1 is degraded during mitosis in APC-Cdc20 dependent manner. Moreover, Wip1 is phosphorylated at multiple residues during mitosis, resulting in inhibition of its enzymatic activity. We suggest that the abrogation of Wip1 activity enables cells to react adequately even to low levels of DNA damage encountered during unperturbed mitosis. In the following publication, we have investigated why the mitotic cells trigger only early events of DDR and do not proceed to the recruitment of DNA repair factors such as 53BP1. We showed that 53BP1 is phosphorylated within its ubiquitination-dependent recruitment domain by CDK1 and Plk1. These phosphorylations prevents...

The Progress run-time architecture
Pop, Tomáš
This thesis is a part of a bigger research vision called Progress which aims at providing component based techniques for the development of real-time embedded systems. Progress introduces the concept of a virtual node in order to increase the effectiveness of constructed systems and improve hardware abstraction. The thesis starts research of the runtime structures of the Progress component model. The thesis aims at identifying necessary questions about the runtime internal structure of virtual nodes and about the supporting mechanisms needed to run virtual nodes on destination hardware. A part of this thesis is also a sample implementation of the virtual node runtime environment covering local and Ethernet communication, event driven and timer driven tasks, and multiple computational nodes.

REVITALIZATION AND SPATIAL CULTIVATION DOMINICAN MONASTERY IN ZNOJMO
Gregorová, Ivana ; Lukačovič, Adam (referee) ; Havliš, Karel (advisor)
Loss of the use of religious buildings reflects the current state of today's society. In regard to the secularization of the population in recent years, the number of religious buildings preserving the original use is still decreasing. The aim of this work is to create a new spatial terms for the use of the building with respect to historical values. The project includes a strategy for the use of church buildings, which is trying to solve the problem in a wider perspective. The result is a system design housing for children and young people from foster homes and the care facilities. In three progressive stages provide them secure preparation for an independent life. Rectories and monasteries follow each other to establish a operating net. This system is applicable to multiple locations of detected territory. 1 small rectory-surrogate family 2. Large rectory- community living for limited time serving as a step between institutional care and independent living 3. Monastery-city public housing for final integrated into the wider community and independent life In three progressive stages is demonstrated on selected examples of rectories and monasteries.

Educationally oriented game in Český Krumlov
VELEK, Aleš
Today in gaming does not focus only on observation or logical thinking of player, but also to allow a player after playing games remember the story that his game forward in an entertaining way. Telling the story of the game is a little different than in the movie, but the end result may be the same. This work " educationally oriented game in Český Krumlov " is aimed at creating the game that allows free movement of the 3D environment and the technology used for this work. For game programming technology will be used Unity3D, which allows the creation of applications in multiple platforms. Moving the player will be based on the basic game elements, such as fly or walk. They will create scripts for user interaction with the environment or texture loading from external sources. To import the entire city will be find the most appropriate format on their own models and textures. By the chosen development environment is designed game story (script) that will correspond with the history and present of Český Krumlov, and player will be motivace to further progress in the game.

Models of Revenue Management
Veselová, Erika ; Fiala, Petr (advisor) ; Jablonský, Josef (referee)
The progress in information and communication technologies, together with scientific pro-gress in economics, statistics and operational research, influenced the rapid development of process understanding, and estimation and prediction of customer demand, in real-time revenue management. The aim of this work was the detailed description of the essential principles to be included in the business strategy in order to maximize revenue. Network revenue management models seek to maximize revenue when customers buy products with multiple sources. This concept was applied to the example of the aviation industry and a computing program was developed which could be generalized to other industries. This used a "hub-and-spoke" network and programs MS Excel, LINGO and VBA. The paper also describes the basic steps of revenue management that are repeated todetail the fore-casts and dynamically perform re-optimization of the required decisions, to specify the complete process in detail.

Long-term analysis of major ambient air pollutants in the Czech Republic
Šmejkalová, Marie ; Hůnová, Iva (advisor) ; Braniš, Martin (referee)
The thesis evaluates the long-term development of concentration of major air pollutants (sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and particulate matter) at 17 air pollution monitoring stations. Chosen stations include automated monitoring as well as manual measuring stations and the locales cover the range from nature background stations (CR) to industrial and transport sites (in polluted areas of CR). The development of air pollution on the representative set of measurements is supplemented by the progress of pollution inventory of SO2, NOX and particulate matter from man-caused sources, and present state and development of pollution of precipitation and wet deposition in recent years. The pollution data was processed using monthly average concentrations by basic statistical methods of comparing multiple samples and time-series data analysis. Contemporary progress in recent years was considered in evaluation of air pollution, plus progress in the 90s characterised by pronounced changes and preceding period. The surveilled period is concerned mainly with problematics of SO2, from the trend of growing concentrations, across slight decline, followed by rapid decline in the course of the 90s till the present, when the SO2 moves gradually out of focus. The magnitude of decline depends on the locale pollution,...

Design of FTTx optical access network
Münster, Petr ; Tejkal, Vladimír (referee) ; Reichert, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of this work is an overview of the proposal for FTTx Optical Access Networks. In the introductory chapter written about the optical fiber and the transmission. Furthermore, as already discussed various options with regard to the implementation instead of the end of optical fiber - FTTN, FTTC, FTTP, FTTB, FTTH and standards, which are used to build fiber optic networks. The next chapter is an overview of the network elements that are in different layers reference model ISO / OSI used. The final theoretical chapter is devoted to progressive technologies for the construction of optical access networks, which has recently been used. Concepts are explained as HDPE pipe, microtubing or self-supporting cables. The practical part design model, passive optical networks in the area Slavičín, located in the Zlín region. FTTB architecture was chosen, where for each connection object is used in the existing copper lines. The proposed route will use a standard technology GEPON Wavelength division WDM, so to connect the individual buildings will be used only one thread. Realization of optical networking technology will be excavation. The optical cables and optical fiber bundles are protected by HDPE pipes stored in the bed of sand. For the optical signal split into multiple lines will be used by an optical splitter 1 / 16, located in an outdoor cabinet optic pathway. The distribution of signals for the settlement will take care Alloptic central station, which is optimized for the transmission of Triple Play services. On the basis of the proposal is to created a financial analysis that shows the return on the project. An important part of the network is also monitoring the network. The last part of this work therefore deals with the possibilities of monitoring networks in order to continuously monitor the network, in order to prevent any disturbances or quickly respond to network problems.
