The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the evaluation of the use of emotions in the marketing activities of DMOs. The analytical part consists of a description of the market situation and an evaluation of the marketing plans of some DMOs for the year 2023. In the case of an evaluation of the current situation, a questionnaire survey of DMOs of the Czech Republic was carried out. The results of this investigation were used in the recommendations for DMOs, which serve to improve the use of emotions in marketing activities.
