This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation’s of the company, its subsequent analysis and suggestions for improvements. This thesis is divided into two main parts – theoretical and analytical. The theoretical part describes basic concepts of financial analysis, its methods which will be used in the analytical part. The analytical part deals with the analysis of the financial situation of the company ISAN Radiatory s. r. o. and ideas to improve current financial situation in the market.

The Bachelor´s thesis has the title “Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals for its Improvement”. Following the title of the thesis, the aim is to evaluate the financial situation of the selected company. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theoretical basis concerning the financial analysis that is subsequently applied in the second practical part. The results of the financial analysis are the fundaments of the evaluation of the financial situation of the company and proposals for its improvements.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the selected business case. The theoretical part defines the fundamental principles of financial analysis, as well as the most commonly used models which are related to the financial analysis methods. In the analytical part will be introduced the case study of the business and financial analysis. This analysis will be performed using the elementary research methods to make the recommendations and help the company to implement future financial strategies. The last part will include suggestions for improvement financial situation of the company.

Bechelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of company Gozmetal s.r.o. in the period from 2011 to 2015. The work is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical, there are describes tools of financial analysis that will be used in thesis. Second part is analysis of current state of the company. Results of second part will be used as basic for the creation of proposals leading to improvement in financial situation of the company.

This disertation is focused on financial analysis of economic activities of joint-stock company MAVE Jičín for accounting period 2011 - 2015. The goal of the financial analysis is an assessment of the company financial state. The disertation incorporates overview of financial analysis methods and describes financial statements, which are a source of informations for analysis. Selected elementary methods of financial analysis are used in the practical part of analysis. These are particularly horizontal analysis and vertical analysis, Net working capital, profitability ratios, liquidity, activity and leverage ratios, Du Pont equation, Altman Z-score, bankruptcy model IN95, the IN99 index and Rudolf Doucha Balance analysis II. The financial analysis results give an overview of developments in the financial situation of the joint-stock company MAVE Jičín and thereby provide information for company financial management.

Bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of the CHÂTEAU VALTICE Vinné sklepy Valtice, a. s. company and comparison with the company ZNOVÍN ZNOJMO, a. s. by using most of financial indicators. The thesis is divided into two parts: a methodical and a practical part. The methodical part is aimed at description of vertical and horizontal analysis, followed by financial ratios of profitability, turnovers ratios, liquidity and debt ratio. At the end I will evaluate the company via the bankruptcy and credit models and via SWOT analysis. In the practical part is applicated the mentioned methodology. The target of the bachelor thesis is evaluation of the CHÂTEAU VALTICE Vinné sklepy Valtice, a. s. company during the years 2011 2015 and the comparison with the company ZNOVÍN ZNOJMO, a. s.

The goal of the thesis is to carry out financial performance analysis of two retail companies based on selected financial analysis tools and use its results for inter-company comparison. The theoretical section introduces selected methods of financial analysis and intercompany comparison methods which are used in the practical section to perform financial analysis of Billa and Kaufland companies. The selected performance ratios are consequently compared by means of intercompany comparison methods.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform the financial analysis of the company SOMA, spol. s r. o. from an external user for the years 2009 to 2014, assess the financial situation of the company and compare it with other companies in the sector, which are JHV-ENGINEERING, s. r. o., KOMFI, spol. s r. o. and LUX, spol. s r. o. This thesis includes methodical part, where are defined chosen indicators of the financial analysis. The analytical part includes the description of the chosen companies and the financial analysis according to the methodical part including intercompany comparisons. At the end there is an overall assessment of the results and summaries.
