Evaluation of economic efficiency of business project

The thesis concems about investments and their effectiveness. The goal of the thesis is to find out whether it is worth to make the investment. The project deals with the reconstruction of a public cultural house in which three new apartments are build into. Cost of reconstruction, rental rates will be quantified and then mortage loan will be determined. This information wil be used for further calculations and the result will be an evaluation of the investment. The result of this work is to determine if the investment is really effective.

The diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of efficiency and feasibility of the project. In the theoretical part, there are described extensive issues of feasibility study. The thesis deals with evaluation of project effectiveness and its risks. The practical part analyzes the current unsatisfactory condition of a particular building. There are designed and processed two alternative solutions of the project including their evaluation. These solutions were compared with each other and presented to the investor.
Assessing of Economic Efficiency of Development Project

The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with problems of development projects, individual phases of the project and their risks. It also describes different ways of financing and examines indicators for assessing the economic efficiency of investments. The second part is a feasibility study that solves a particular development project. The study is based on the theoretical part and examines the various options of the project solution - its financing, cash flow, economic indicators, schedule and budget of the project. The study defines the conditions under which the project is realizable. The data obtained from the feasibility study can therefore be used as a basis for a possible investment.

The theoretical part defines the issue of building investments, public project, and indicators of economic efficiency of investments. Risk analysis is described here. The practical part is focused on the economic evaluation of the effectiveness and risk analysis of the project implemented by the municipality.

The goal of this paper is to evaluate economic efficiency of a development project, including sensitivity and probability analysis of selected residential development project. In theoretical part, the term "development project" is explained and project lifecycle is described. In this part there is also mentioned, how cash flow is determined, how cash flow report is created, and how economic efficiency indicators are calculated. It also describes specific risks of a development project. In the end of theoretical part, possible risk identification and evaluation methods are described. Practical part is focused on an actual development project. It evaluates the project using economic efficiency indicators, sensitivity analysis and probability analysis.

The goal of this paper is to determine the cash flow and to evaluate economic efficiency of a residential developer project. In theoretical part, basic concepts of development activity are explained, also project life cycle and case study are described. Most common funding types of investment projects and economic efficency indicators are covered in this part too. The practical part is focused on an actual developer project, construction of block of flats in Brno – Královo Pole area. This part applies mainly to project's cash flow and economic efficency evaluation.

This diploma thesis’ aim is to evaluate an economic effectiveness of the particular investment projects in the public sector. It describes theoretical possibilities and methods of evaluating an investment project generally (not only public one). It also deals with ways how to get financial assurance in the area of public investment. The practical part of the thesis contains the assessment of the economic effectiveness of the particular investment projects in the public sector, where theoretical approach given in the first part of this thesis is applied. The economic effectiveness was elaborated both for financial assurance of the project and for alternative funding from EU resources.
Evaluation of economic efficiency of business project

The aim of this work is to define the investment and it’s efficiency. Especially it’s focused on determination if is the investment worth to do. The work is describing a reconstruction of a house, where the final stage is to split this house into two divided flats. Investment is based to make two rentable flats. The designed reconstruction is shown and all of it’s costs. There are shown operating costs and renting prices too. All of those information are summarized for following calculations. Also, the summary will be calculated according to indexes of economical efficiency. The result of this work is to determine if the investment is really effective.
Economic analysis of building optimization

The Master’s thesis deals with the energy savings of a prefabricated house. In the theoretical part, the issue of investment and risk management are first dealt with. Afterwards, the thesis deals with large panel construction in the Czech Republic, energy performance of buildings, heat losses, and especially methods for invesment appraisal. The main objective of the thesis is the economic analysis and the life-cycle analysis. The case study deals with the calculation of saving on heating the prefabricated house after its refurbishment and calculation of economic indicators.
Economic Analysis of Selected Areas determined for Building in the Municipality

This thesis aims to create a tool for evaluation of suitability to invest into a preparation of a specific area for family houses construction. This investment includes costs for land buy-outs as well as costs for public and technical infrastructures. The theoretical part of this thesis begins with types and properties of investment projects, lify cycle of a project and its financial sources. Following chapter concentrates on description of multicriteria analysis that is used for decision making process of an investing company. Its advantage is that it includes into its computation also non-economic parameters. Based on this multicriteria analysis a case study for chosen areas suitable for houses was conducted. The case study shows economic efficiency evaluation of an investment into chosen areas suitable for houses and includes suggestions of other parameters that could be added into the analysis.
