Unemployment of Highlands region

The purpose of this bachelor work is the analysis of the situation on the labour market in the one region in the Czech Republic, concretely in the Highlands region . The bachelor work deals with unemployment as a general effect, the causes of unemployment, unemployment devided according to the education, professions and age of job aplicants in the particular district of the Highlands region. The next chapters attend to important employers in the region, active labour market policy and impacts of unemployment on individuals and society. The first step during the processing of this bachelor´s work was studying of special literature. After that it was necessary to find competent statistical data. These data were granted by district authorities of labour and then they were filled into summary sheets (it was worked up into tables) and graphs. The result of this bachelor work is finding of the position of the particular districts under this region and problems with them are particular districts fumble the mostly.

The theme of this Bachelor thesis ?Geographical analysis of labour market in České Budějovice and Český Krumlov districts? is an analysis and appreciation the situation on the labour market in České Budějovice and Český Krumlov districts between the years 2002 and 2008. Attention in the first part of this thesis is paid to the brief analysis of data resources to this problem and characteristic of monitored districts. The following chapter deals with an analysis and appreciation the situation on the labour market in the Czech Republic and the monitored districts after the year 1989. The final part of the thesis is focused on the employment and unemployment progression and also unemployment structures in the monitored districts between the years 2002 and 2008.

Unemployment in district Prachatice (NUTS4) 2000-2010

This bachelor work is focused on a problem of an unemployment in district Prachatice. I made short summary of a theory in a firsth part, which demonstrative the problem of unemployment. Next I sign the possibilities of a state policy of the unemployment and the tools of an activ policy. The praktice part is founded on collect of the dates and their processing. Due to transparent view I mentioned the tables and the graphs which are oriented from dates and an informations derivable from the Employment office Prachatice. I introduced the calculation of a prediction of an uneployment rate in last part of the work for a months of the year 2010 . The first part of the Thesis is focused on theoretical sources {--} explanation of basic items like materniny and paternal leave, institutional selection of child care, labour market and presentation of proposal reforms in the sphere of easier harmonization of paternal and working roles. The next part of the Thesis is the description of research that was made with women on paternal leave. The last part of the Thesis is focused on grand summary of results.

Effects of Unemployment to Family

This thesis is oriented at unemployment issues and their impact on families. The theoretical part describes unemployment itself, defines kinds of unemployment and focuses on the development of the Czech Republic, labour market, unemployment and economic development. Next the thesis focuses on the topic Family {--} its definition, division and last but not least issues are the consequences of unemployment and psychological interventional program, which is an example and motivation, how to minimise consequences of the situation. Practical part of this thesis is dedicated to the research from Pisek´s surrounding. The goal is to find out, how big the impact on the family is and what impact there exactly are. Firstly set up hypothesis were confirmed and the research proved, that the worst thing is downgrading the financial situation in the family and health status {--} especially mental condition. By creating the research some of respondents said, that their situation is really complicated, but it is manageable thanks to help of the family and friends and services of employment bureau.

In the theoretical part, basic concepts related to unemployment, specific types of unemployment, endanger groups, consequences of unemployment and extent of unemployment are defined. And then concepts such as labour market, government policy of unemployment, its parts, specific tools and remedies. The second part aims to Tábor region, its characteristics, actual situation on the labour market in Táborsko, realization of active employment policy with help of specific tools and remedies.

Employment opportunities for persons with disabilities

The bachelor{\crq}s paper deals with job opportunities for disadvantaged persons with disabilities. The paper also deals with the activities of the Znovoz association which was founded with the purpose of providing employment for persons with disabilities. The paper is divided into a theoretical and practical part. Through making interviews with the disadvantaged employees of the Znovoz association I determined the social need of the association and the benefits of its existence for the individual employees. I also made an interview with manager of the association for the purpose of evaluation of the activity of the Znovoz association, further identification of problems that the association has to face and its vision to future.
