Methods: The methods used in the practical part of this thesis are based on the bachelors physiotherapy programme of UK FTVS. Results: The assessment of the effect of therapy indicates, that the overall condition of the pacient was moderately improved, thus fulfilling the set goals partially. Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to elaborate case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis and to confirm the effect of chosen physiotherapeutic methods and procedures. Their effectiveness demonstrates the importance of a physiotherapist as part of an interdisciplinary team in comprehensive care. Methods: This thesis was based on a four-week internship at the Institute of Rheumatology in Prague in the period from January 10, 2022 to February 4, 2022 under the professional supervision of Mgr. Gabriela Vincová. The bachelor thesis consists of a general and a special part. The general part is focused on theoretical information about RA - it deals with its epidemiology, etiopathogenesis and clinical signs. Additionally, it includes diagnostics and differential diagnosis, evaluation of disease activity, course and prognosis, therapy and rehabilitation. The special part consists of a case study of physiotherapeutic care, including anamnesis, initial kinesiological assessment, short-term and long-term goals, design and course of therapy, final kinesiological assessment and evaluation of the effect of the therapy. This work is divided into general and special part. General part is focused on etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnostics and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Special part was compiled on the base of the coherent expert internship at the Rheumatology Institute in Prague during the period from 14.1.2013 to 8.2.2013. Svatava Neuwirthová Year: 2014 Aim of the thesis: The aim of the thesis is to summarize theoretical knowledge of rheumatoid arthritis in general part of the thesis and to elaborate a case report on a patient diagnosed with the disease, to emphasize physiotherapeutical care within the terms of a complex treatment of the patient and to assess the effects of the therapy in specialized part. Methodology: The first part of the thesis is general one. It deals with etiology and pathogenesis, clinical picture and symptoms, diagnostics and evaluation of patients, course of the disease and komplex treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, namely pharmacotherapy and application of physiotherapeutical procedures. The second, specialized part of the thesis is designed in form of a case report. It involves a medical history, a complete input and output kinesiological analysis of the patient, subsequent plan of therapy, course of 10 therapeutical units and evaluation of the therapy effects. Title of bachelor's thesis: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis Summary: I focus on rheumatic diseases in childhoodin my thesis, especially the issue of juvenilie idiopathic arthritis. This work contains free parts; the first consists of the condition, the second is theoretical, focusing on a more detailed description of the deseases, including screening and subsenquest therapy and the third is a special part that contains a case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. I worked on this case study during my month experience in the Rhematology Institute in Prague. The special part consists of the input and output kinesiological analysis, the short- and long- term physiotherapy plan, therapy suggestions and description of ten exercise units. In the first more theoretical part, I specifically describe the above mentioned disease and make a general distinction among the rheumatic diseases. The second part elaborates on a special case report of a patient being diagnosed with the juvenile idiopathic arthritis, which I had been working on during the four-week work experience at the Rheumatology Institute in Prague. Author: Michaela Stránská Aim: Treatment proposal to the patient with enteropathic arthritis and the pursuance of the curative effect. Methods and abstract: The literature search and the case study of this issue was proceeded within the practical experience in Rheumatology Institute in Prague from 9. 1. 2012 to 3. 2. 2012. The general part of the thesis is about rheumatology diseases, exactly enteropatic arthritis. I described the patology, etiology and metods of their treatment. The special part of the thesis includes the case report of the patient with enteropatic arthritis with main problem in the right shoulder and its therapy and pursuance of the curative effects. Result: Enhance of the range of motion of the right shoulder and its power. Normalization of the muscle tone of right upper limb. Author: Zuzana Krausová Title: Case report of physiotherapeutical care for a patient with diagnosis of ankylosial spondylitis Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to process the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis and on the basis of theoretical background to develop a case report of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with this disease. Methodes: The bachelor thesis consists of two parts - general and special. The general part includes information on the anatomy and kinesiology of the spine, the field of rheumatology, spondylarthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. This information was taken from professional publications and is cited in compliance with the valid citation standard. All cited sources can be found in the chapter entitled - List of used literature. The special part is processed in the form of a case report of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with ankylosing spondylitis. This part of the bachelor thesis contains input and output kinesiological analysis, detailed description of individual therapies and evaluation of the effect of therapy.
