The Jesus' Prayer on the Cross in the Gospel of Matthew and Mark

The Jesus's prayer on the Cross in the Gospel of Matthew and Mark. The bachelor's thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the grace of Jesus Christ being crucified, as writtern down by the Evangelists Mark and Matthew. After the introduction the theme of prayer is analysed and in the both presentations - in the Old & New Testament. 'My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?'" - this is the key text of the whole thesis. The key text is then further occupied in the 3rd chapter, where we can also find the internal structure of the so called Passion Narrative written by the Evangelists Mark and Matthew. The exegetic part is initially focused on the commentary of the psalm no. 22,2 (Jesus's prayer on the Cross is as a matter of the fact a quotation of the introduction of this psalm.) And later on, the exegetic part is focused on the verse line by verse line explanation of the Passion Narrative as written by the Evangelists Mark and Matthew.
