Evaluation of GDP depending on the operating performance of air transport

The diploma thesis describes performance in the area of air transport, based on performance of national economies of two selected neighbouring countries, Czech Republic and Germany, through comparison of their gross domestic product in the selected time period. The operating performance is focused mainly on transportation performance of air transport. First part of the thesis is dealing with interconnection of economy with air transportation. Crucial part of the work contains analysis of development of GDP and analysis of development of transportation performance of both countries. Part of the thesis is also acquisition of passenger-kilometre data derived from fuel consumption and produced emissions of CO2.

Biaxial timber semitrailer for transport of wood

The assignment of this thesis is a biaxial trailer for the transportation of timber. Due to very complex solutions of this assignment and after consultation with the supervisor of this thesis it will cover the project of the main part of the trailer – a bunk. The aim is to design a pivoted bunk with telescopic extensions. The thesis can be used as a foundation for a project of a new manufacturing modification as an improvement of a present manufacturing schedule of the Agama company. The main focus is on the design of of the telescopic extention to be reliable and affordable.

Topical Issues of the Regulation of International Air Carriage

Resumé The thesis titled "Topical Issues of the Regulation of International Air Carriage" concerns itself with legal regulation germane to operating the international carriage by air. It is focused on carriage of cargo; carriage of passengers is only marginally mentioned. In the first chapter the author of the thesis defines the term of transport, transport law and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the means of transport in connection with the carriage of cargo. The second chapter of the thesis deals with the term of aviation law, historical development of the air transport and introduces the most important international organizations in the field of the civil air transport. The third chapter is dedicated to the historical development of the legal regulation in the field of the civil air transport, mainly the international legal regulation carried out by the Montreal Convention and the Warsaw Convention (with its amendments). This chapter also deals with the legal regulation of the European Union and analyses some selected EU regulations and describes national laws (mainly Civil Aviation Act). Trans-European transport network

The paper aims to analyze the trans-European transport network, both vehicular and aeronautical, from the perspective of current state and future development. It closely analyses vehicular transport of passangers and cargo and also an aeronautical transport of the similar. Main factors the paper focuses on are the traffic intensity, trends in the given sector and current state of construction and development projects connected with the trans-European transport network.

Hodnocení ekonomických a ekologických souvislostí přepravy nákladu

Tato práce pojednává o ekonomických a ekologických souvislostech přepravy nákladu. Je zpracována na základě teoretických poznatků z literatury a rozhodovacího procesu fiktivní firmy. K tomuto procesu byla použita multikriteriální analýza. Práce obsahuje popis logistických souvislostí přepravy nákladu, vysvětluje jednotlivé dopady dopravy na životní prostředí a externality dopravy. Sleduje jaké jsou dopady přepravy konkrétního druhu zboží na konkrétní trase. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit ekonomické a ekologické souvislosti přepravy.
