QRS complex detection in multilead ECG signals
Šlancar, Matěj ; Smital, Lukáš (referee) ; Kozumplík, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to introduce the principles of software QRS detection, which is based on different combinations of orthogonal (pseudoorthogonal) leads. The thesis describes the main components of the ECG signal, a selection of methods that can be used for QRS detection in orthogonal leads and finally the evaluation of the effectiveness of the chosen methods and a comparing the approaches with the results of other authors. Functionality of detection algorithm has been tested on signals of CSE standard library.
QRS detection in ECG signals
Kuna, Zdeněk ; Vítek, Martin (referee) ; Kozumplík, Jiří (advisor)
This project considers methods of construction QRS detectors. It focus in detection complexes of QRS single leads and space speed, which are calculated from three orthogonal leads. In theory was refer to various methods, which lead to design detector. It were designed two algoritms (constant and adaptive detecting threshold), which were implemented into detector and the signal was preprocessed by Hilbert transformation. Toward algoritms were completed by modification, which improved detection effectivity. Function of algoritms were tested in all signals of CSE (V2,V5,aVF).
Transformation of ECG leads
Kaspar, Pavel ; Vítek, Martin (referee) ; Hrubeš, Jan (advisor)
Transformation of ECG The aim of this work is to get acquainted with the means of transformation of ECG, and to execute Dower transform and evaluate it’s efficiency. Then, to design and realize a new way of forward and reverse transformation of ECG in MATLAB program for the purpose of data compression, and to evaluate its functionality with signals from CSE database.
Spectral analysis of myocardial ischemia manifestations in experimental ECG
Surá, Hana ; Hejč, Jakub (referee) ; Ronzhina, Marina (advisor)
This thesis is focused on the analysis of experimental ECG records drawn up in isolated rabbit hearts and aims to describe changes in EKG caused by ischemia It consists of a theoretical analysis of the problems in the evaluation of ECG during ischemia and describes an experimental ECG recording. Theoretical part is followed by a practical section which dealing with the calculation of the processing and interpretation of the results.
