The bachelor thesis intends to introduce the push-ups for easier use in physical education. The thesis focuses on the use of combat exercises in physical education in high school. The first part of the thesis is theoretical, which deals with the characteristics of combat exercises, a more detailed overview of their classification, the importance of teaching combat exercises and looks at combat exercises from a didactic point of view. In the second part, which is practical, you will find method sheets for teaching combat exercises in physical education in secondary schools. The creation of the worksheets should help teachers to prepare for the lesson and the theoretical part serves to explain the core of the push-ups and their use. Both parts are based on the literature.

1 Abstract Title: The attitude of the Czech Republic scout leaders to Combat Training Scientific question: Recent situation is associated with the decrease of physical contact among the young generation. Due to the spread of modern technologies, children have fewer physical activities, and they are closed in. The world's largest educational organization, "Scouting", has always gone against this trend. It seeks to educate new generations in connection with nature in order to educate individuals who are strong, versatile and fearless. The mean that achieves given goal and that has been frequently used is combat - combat training. Objectives: The main objective is to find out how the scout leaders perceive and how is the combat training applied in scout program nowadays. Methods: The main method was a questionnaire for scout leaders to find out their views on combat, their level of foundation and the reality how combat is performed in their scout group. Data were collected from 186 scout leaders. The most numerous group of respondents are young people aged 18-30 (81.2%), represented by women 63.4% and men 36%. Use of combat exercises in the conditioning for the football players

Title: Use of combat exercises in the conditioning for the football players. Objective: The main goal of this bachelors thesis is to design a combat training microcycle to improve individual performances for footballers. Methods: Analysis of literature dealing with this subject. On the basis of the information obtained and the search for transfer between the different sports a training mikrocykle will be assembled. Results: From my experience and the studied domestic and foreign literature, a weekly combat microcycle consisting of three training units containing five exercises was created, which will be applied in the training of the football player for one month. From a technical point of view the exercises selected are basic combat moves like the drag and drop, drag-outs, overpressure and resistance exercises. Hodnotí vybrané projekty rozvojovej pomoci, pozornosť venuje najmä Miléniovým rozvojovým cieľom. Zvýrazňuje kľúčové prvky pre úspešný boj. Záverečná časť práce analyzuje dôležitosť vzdelávania v boji s chudobou a popisuje vybrané vzdelávacie projekty jendotlivých inštitúcií.
