Financing of Building Order from the Aspect of Supplier

This thesis deals with the financing contract from a practical point of view. The aim of this work is to describe the possibilities of financial security building contracts from the perspective of the supplier. In the theoretical part are characterized by basic concepts related to the topic and a practical part of the thesis describes the public works. The practical part of the procurement documents to obtain the tender and subsequent recording contract for work. The example of the practice was described the process of financing construction of the contractor. The work shows a significant difference between planned and actual funding process.
Financial Plan of Construction Order from the Aspect of Developer

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the process description of financial planning of development project. The objective is to map the developer´s activity in the field of financial planning of construction contract. The work describes settings of cost price and market price of the project. Creation of time progress chart of construction is followed by financial plan of costs and revenues. On the basis of which it is possible to express a direct cash flows. Then the output is compared to positive and negative cash flows, i.e. income and expense of the project in time.

The bachelor's thesis is focused on problems of financing, processing of extraction, and preparing and implementing an architectural order from the view of the provider. The main target of this bachelor´s thesis is to describe the variety of possibilities of how a provider can finance orders and show the difference between the real and the planned process of a financed order by use of a concrete example. The theoretical part deals with the terms which are required to understand the problem and its solving. The conclusion of the thesis includes a plan which would change the way of billing the order and its impact on financing and the profit of the order.

Additional works in a building contract Abstract The presented thesis deals with the issue of additional works within the building contract, which are one of the most common causes of disputes between the contractor and the client. Its aim is to comprehensively present the issue of additional works, especially to define the term of additional works, to analyze their impact on the subject of the work, the time for completion and the price of the work. Last but not least, to analyze the legal regulation of additional works in the FIDIC contractual conditions. In the first, general, part of the thesis, attention is focused on the definition of the term of additional works, i.e. works that are performed in addition, beyond the original building contract and to distinguish them from changes of the work. Furthermore, the distinction of individual types of additional works or the causes of their origin, which can include, for example, the requirements of the client, the contractor's actions, defects in project documentation or unpredictable conditions of the building site.
