Study of metallothionein conjugates by electromigration methods
Johaníková, Klára ; Zemánková, Kristýna (referee) ; Vaculovičová, Markéta (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the study of conjugates of metallothionein (MT) with fluorescent nanoparticles using electromigration methods. Particular attention is paid to the preparation and characterization of quantum dots (QDs) and their bioconjugates with the metallothionein protein, whose separation conditions (concentration and suitable electrolyte pH) have been carefully optimized. For the preparation of QDs, the action of UV radiation for one type of quantum dots and the thermal action of high temperature for the second type of species were used. Conjugation of QDs to the protein was performed via a carbodiimide-zero-length crosslinker (EDC / sulfo-NHS), which activates carboxyl groups and allows bioconjugation of the ligand by covalent bonding. The resulting bioconjugates were studied by capillary electrophoresis with absorption detection ( 214).
Christ as Head and Source of Christian Marriage. Exegesis and theological relflection on Eph 5,21-33
Zemánková, Kristýna ; Brož, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Ryšková, Mireia (referee)
The Abstract In her work the author deals with Christian marriage whose source and ideal is Christ in his relation to the Church, as it is presented in the paraenetical text of Eph 5:21-33. After the circumstances of the origin of the Letter has been presented, the author analyzes the paraenesis on the marriage itself applying the Historical and Literary Criticism, further she emphasizes its message and in this way points to the permanent relevance of the studied biblical text. This basic source is thereafter used as the point of departure for reflections on different fields as the theological anthropology, the sacramental theology and moral theology, and finds in them the affirmation of dignity and uniqueness of the marital bond and the inspiration for the fruitful life in marriage. Finally the consequences of the text for the spiritual theology are studied, for in the life of Christian spouses the spiritual life plays important role. The author emphasizes also the contribution of the biblical exegesis for development of theological research and points to the importance of interconnection of singular theological disciplines for the integrated vision of the studied reality.

Vliv způsobů balení na mikroflóru masa
Zemánková, Kristýna
This diploma thesis deals with methods of packaging influenced the microbiological contamination of meat. The relation among develompment of microbiological contamination and color of meat, according on time of storage and methods of packaging. The first part deals with quality of the meat, chemical composition of meat and post mort changes, when muscles are changed to meat, which we can proces and consume. The main part of the thesis pays methods of packaging and microbiological contamination of meat. The last section describes main bacterias which can cause alimentary diseases. Part of this work is experimental determination of the major groups of microorganisms which can significally affect the quality of the meat. A comparison was made between aerobically refrigerated meat and vakuum preserved meat between 1, 3, 7 and 11 days. As a sample was used pork and poultry. The color of meat was concurrently assessed at the same time by Konica Minolta CM-3500d device. The results were evaluated by CMs-100w Spectramagic NX, indicate values of CIE L*a*b*. The methods of packaging greatly influenced durability dependent on the development of contaminating microflora and color of meat.

This bachelor works deals with the microbiological contamination of meat. The first part deals with structure of muscles, chemical composition of meat and post-mortem changes, when muscles are changed to meat, which we can proces and consume. The main part of the thesis pays microbiological contamination of meat, factors which have influence on growth of microorganism, cytology of bacteria, yeast and molds, classification of main group of bacteria and alimentary diseases. The last section describes opportunity of fight against microbiological contamination. Part of this work is experimental determination of the major groups of microorganisms in meat.
