It is primary focused on increasing the attractiveness of these areas, using new technologies and innovations. For this work was chosen a station building in Kutná Hora. The resulting proposals will be applied to respond to the current needs of local passengers regarding the possibilities of the station.

Analysis of the client's preferences on a given bank.

The subject of the thesis is to study the reasons why the GE Money Bank is not the most preferred provider of banking services from the client point of view. In the first part of the thesis, a theoretical basis will be established for the subsequent processing of practical knowledge. The second part is devoted to comparison of the GE Money bank and two other selected banks. The comparison includes areas such as bank product offers, the quality of the services offered on the Internet, Bank Branch and Customer Care Line. Subsequent findings are complemented with the results of marketing research. Finally, recommendations for GE Money Bank are set out, by implementation of those, the bank could become more preferred provider of banking services from the client point of view.

Modern technologies and their application to tourism

The main objective of this work was the identification of modern technologies in tourism. The secondary objective was to apply these technologies in tourism and propose measures to improve the situation. First, it was necessary to study literature and write the literature search. Then was carried out a field survey. The results of the investigation were used to determine how are the selected technology used by tourists. These results were also the basis for the proposed measures. These should serve businesses better adapt to the current requirements of its customers.

The analysis of remuneration in the enterprise

The aim of the thesis is to find out level of employees' satisfaction with a running system of remuneration in pursuance of the theoretical part. The thesis is based on the analysis that was made by questionnaire investigation, where employees were asked to express their attitude towards wages, employment benefits, the labor content, praises and discouragement. Based on the results there are recommendations in the end of the thesis how to improve employees `satisfaction in the company.
