Comparison of teaching Czech language at a traditional and an alternative upper-secondary school

The thesis compares methods and forms of Czech language teaching at secondary grammar school and Waldorf lycée. The first part deals with the theoretical basis of traditional and alternative education, whereas the second part focuses on their practical implementation as methods and forms of work. The observed lessons are analysed and the results of traditional and alternative approach are contrasted by a test. The aim is to ascertain whether the alternative school implements its principles into methods and forms of language teaching and whether they are more effective than the traditional ones. The thesis concludes that the alternative school implements only a few aspects of alternative education resulting in more active and engaged pupils. The diploma Selected problems of the reinsurance market and their solutions shows the development of the insurance and reinsurance markets in recent years, especially in the last two decades. The diploma deals with changes in the actual situation, describes the classic forms of risk transfers, introduces alternative instruments as possible solution. The diploma also describes the principle multi financing system, which can be an effective solution in the reinsurance market.

This bachelor work is going to elaborate on the motif of a relationship in Kundera´s shortstories The Laughable Loves and his two novels, The Joke and The Unbearable Lightness of Being. I have chosen these particular works in order to try to describe the variations of the motif of a relationship since the beginnings of Kundera´s prosaic work where we could find the concepts of his great novels regarding the motif of a relationship between two people which will develop into anthropological and even existential problem´s of the people, the conflict between the human being and the history. It will be focused on the interpretation of a relationship as the motif and its overall scope of thoughts and its significance for the creating of a story. From the methodological point of view, this work inclines to hermeneutics, in other words the analysis of one motif leads to deeper understanding of various aspects and interpretations of the relationship

Hedge funds and financial crises

The point of the Bachelor thesis is to accession on problematics of Hedge funds. The main point is to closer definition of Hedge funds, like unregulated segment of market, which serve just for choosen clientele. The thesis analyses characteristics, for deeper understading of relations analyse also authencic origin and gradual development of funds. Thesis is also emphasized to comparison of unitary segments and following riskiness. The main part of the thesis is impact of financial crises on hedge funds. There is analysed a situation before crisis and also after crisis. The following topic is implementation of new regulations and its potencial benefit for this segment. In the end of the thesis is written subjective evaluation, if the regulation of this segment of market is benefical and what could be expected in the future.
