Proposal or the new layout of the "toolshop"
Varhaník, Matúš ; Zahradníček, Radim (referee) ; Strejček, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this work was creating the draft of stamping tool workshop layout. Our first task was to define the product range. Afterwards we were able to identify the technological and machinery equipment necessary for the execution of orders. The paper further discusses the need of human resources as well as the needs of the production, administrative and social areas. We propose possible technological solutions considering the range of production, the amount of machinery and personnel capacities. The next step is to optimize the layout, using tools such as material flow and continuity of operations. Not only safety at work but also the ergonomics of the proposed workplace is important for the final draft. The result of our project is to develop the final layout of stamping tool workshop containing the economic evaluation of the investment plan.
Production of flanges using the procedure PPAP , and ISO 9001
Prokeš, Tomáš ; Zahradníček, Radim (referee) ; Mouralová, Kateřina (advisor)
In the first part of this thesis is described implementation of quality management system in a small company according to ISO 9001. Next part is about production process by method PPAP. In this section is solved primarily ISO 9001 standard, statistical control of production and certification company according to requirements of ISO 9001. Second part is focused on mass production of flange by using the company facilities Kovobrábění Sobotka. In the end of thesis are reflected weaknesses of production. In the conclusion is described technical and economic evaluation of implementation QMS and machining sample parts.
Unconventional machining technology used in manufacturing of injection molds
Tomášů, Robin ; Zahradníček, Radim (referee) ; Strejček, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with unconventional technologies of machining for the prodution of injection molds. It comprises theoretical division of unconventional methods, description of all parts of the mold and primarily use of unconventional technologies for the production of molds. This bachelor thesis also contains theoretical technological process of production of injection molds.
Graphene-on-silicon Schottky junction solar cells
Zahradníček, Radim ; Drbohlavová,, Jana (referee) ; Mach, Jindřich (advisor)
This diploma thesis concerns itself with fabrication and characterization of Schottky solar cell on the graphene/silicon interface. Schottky solar cells were manufactured using a front collector electrode from gold, silver and carbon. On the graphene/silicon interface of the Schottky solar cell an interlayer of Al2O3 or SiO2. For the purpose of IV characterization of the manufactured Schottky solar cell a measuring apparatus was assembled.
GRAPHENE APPLICATION IN ELECTRONICS AND TECHNOLOGY OF PREPARATION
Zahradníček, Radim ; Sofer,, Zdeněk (referee) ; Macák, Jan (referee) ; Hubálek, Jaromír (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the study of graphene application in electronics and technology of preparation. In addition to the basic properties of graphene, the theoretical part of the work also describes the methods of its preparation, transmission, characterization and possibilities of application in electronics. The experimental part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with the production of graphene by deposition from the gaseous phase, its transmission and application in the field of solar cells. The Poly(methyl methacrylate) polymer was first used for transfer of graphene, which was later replaced by Rosin due to less contamination of graphene at the end of the transmission process. The second chapter deals with the preparation of quantum dots by exfoliation in the liquid phase from graphite and its application in voltammetry. Voltammetry was utilized in this work to detect hydrogen peroxide using a gold electrode modified by quantum dots from graphene and other dichalcogens (MoS2, MoSe2, WS2, WSe2). In the last chapter, the influence of the substrate and the deposition conditions of graphene is studied by means of a plasma-reinforced phase-out of gas to growth, while the prepared graphene was characterized by imaging and spectroscopic methods. The entire experimental growth of graphene was managed and evaluated using a planned experiment.
Preparation of graphene layers by various methods and characterization of their properties
Zahradníček, Radim ; Bartošík, Miroslav (referee) ; Lišková, Zuzana (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the production of graphene by different methods. Graphene was prepared by mechanical exfoliation and chemical methods. Graphene oxide (GO) was first prepared by modified Hummers method and disolved the solution in isopropyl alcohol. It was subsequently reduced by photoreduction, UV radiation and thermal reduction. Produced graphene samples were characterized using optical microscopy, electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, Raman spectroscopy and X$-$ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Measurement results and evaluation of production quality of graphene are shown in this work.
Preparation and characterization of MoS2 thin films
Tomková, Renáta ; Zahradníček, Radim (referee) ; Bartoš, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with topological insulators, which are described by the quantum spin Hall effect, as well as on semiconductors, where the band structure of semiconductors and more specifically mentioned unipolar transistor MOSFET is explained. There are also mentioned primarily 2D materials and in particular of MoS2. Topic focuses on its structure, the electric properties, the use and preparation by using micromechanical exfoliation. In the last chapter it is described how to prepare MoS2 structures and their analysis. Structural properties of this material were measured by the AFM and Raman spectroscopy. The experimental part there are illustrative photograph of MoS2 taken with an optical microscope and spatial structures created by AFM.
Conversion of manually controlled milling machine into CNC
Orság, Petr ; Zahradníček, Radim (referee) ; Mouralová, Kateřina (advisor)
In the first part of this thesis, there is a short research dealing with modernization of old-type machines. There is also given a description of main types of milling machines. The next part includes characterization and parameters of the milling machine, that is the subject to the thesis. There are to be found designes and calculations of selected units in the following part. In consideration of the character of the thesis there are not given calculations of all units. The last part deals with economical evaluation.
Technical Preparation of Production Injection Mold
Drbal, Jindřich ; Zahradníček, Radim (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is gathering of data needed for manufacturing of a part in injection mold. The initial part deals with progression of plastic as a material followed by description of a parts of injection mold. Ensuing layout of a tools for manufacturing and then the simulation itself.
