There are impeaching demands of JAR-FCL 1 rules in certification of engines. Next part is being paid to operating conditions of aeroplanes. At last the confrontation between special piston engines and most used engines of general aviation is made.

The bachelor's thesis offers a view of flight regimes of school glider and the demands placed on it. These demands depend on requirements of the training plan, aero clubs, instructors and students themselves. You will find a selection of gliders for training used in the Czech Republic and Czechoslovakia from 1950 and evaluation of positive and negative properties of these gliders. Further on, it is outlined how the best glider for training new pilots should look like.
