Silvie Táborská Title: The usage of visceral manipulation on the patients with vertebrogenic disorders Abstract: This bachelor thesis will be focusing on the osteopathic method of visceral manipulation, specifically its usage on the patients with vertebrogenic problems. The vertebrogenic problems are the second most common causes of a doctor's visit. However, determining the cause and source of the problem is not always easy and the patient is often referred for an examination and treatment to the various specialists, unfortunately mostly without any effects. Visceral manipulation looks at with the vertebrogenic disorders in the context of viscerovertebral relations and in therapy it focuses mainly on the organ system. The knowledge which the VM offers could thus be a way of treating these problems. This thesis is divided into the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part is further divided into two main sections. The first one is focusing on the vertebrogenic difficulties and the viscerovertebral relations. Consumers' satisfaction with transport service when shopping via internet

This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of consumers´ access to transport service when shopping via Internet. In the theoretical part there is knowledge about the purchasing process, there is also mentioned the trust in shopping online and also records of shops in the Czech Republic. In the practical part consumer´s satisfaction with transport service when shopping via Internet was measured by a questionnaire survey, which examined each consumer´s experience. A total of 212 respondents were analysed in the South Bohemia. Most of the consumers are very satisfied with an option of paying cash on delivery with a credit card. The most frequent problem of respondents in transport is inappropriate delivery time. The worst rated carrier is the Czech Post and the best one is PPL. In conclusion, the overall results show that most respondents are rather satisfied with the transport of goods over the Internet.
