Benefits of Cohesion Policy for reducing energy consumption in the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the benefit of cohesion policy to reduce energy consumption and preserve an attractive environment in the Czech Republic. The aim is to determine the spatial distribution and allocation of approved financial resources from fields of support related to energy savings. The primary focus is on the Operational Programme Environment - priority axis Sustainable Use of Energy and the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation --priority axis Energy Efficient, which are subjects of the analysis. In conclusion is summarized current information about the form of future cohesion policy after 2013.
Posibilities of cross-border co-operation in micro-region Chebsko

The goal of my bachelor thesis is an analysis and comparison of programs of cross-border co-operation in micro-region Chebsko. It is mainly about possibilities of allocation of EU funds for investment plans in micro-region. The ground is formed by Phare CBC fund for cross-border co-operation and special Community Initiative Program, in the concrete Interreg IIIA, specialized on cross-border co-operation. In the new programming term, the Operating Programs are ground of cross-border co-operation within the frame of goal 3 European Territorial Co-operation. In my case it is particular about OP between Cross-border Co-operation ČR - Bavorsko and OP Cross-border Co-operation ČR - Sasko. Further were used the program documents of micro-region Chebsko and other sources with more specific information about border projects. The bachelor thesis is formed by introduction, conclusion and four chapters.
