This thesis is focused on two variants of building reconstructions. both possibilities differ in functionality and usability. In the theoretical part are described structural factors of reconstruction. The practical part of this thesis is mainly aimed to compare the prices. The comparison is based on the budget of reconstructions and possible investment return, also the most common construction flaws are described as well.

This diploma thesis is focused on several variants of original outside swimming pool in the town of Zábřeh for various variants of reconstruction from the point of view of the use of swimming pool material used in the territory of the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part are described structural factors of swimming pools from various points of view, as well as economic and investment analyses and factors. The practical part of this diploma thesis is mainly aimed to compare the prices. The comparison is based on the budget of reconstructions and possible investment return.

The present thesis is focused on an appraisal of a real estate that is to change its purpose of usage from residential to office usage. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on costs and real estate appraisal. The practical part deals with appraisal of a residential real estate that changes into non-residential real estate. Within this thesis the non-residential real estate is used as offices that are appraised. The change of usage is determined by the means of reconstruction. The price of the reconstruction is assessed through a computational budgeting program. The outcome of the thesis is a price analysis of a real estate before and after the change of usage from residential to non-residential premises.
