My research subject is the organization management. The purpose of this research is to analyze management of innovative activity of the organization taking as an example activity of the operator of cellular communication MegaFon. MegaFon is a federal operator of cellular communication, leader in the telecommunication market of Russia. The 1st chapter reflects theoretical aspects of innovative activity of the organization and management of this activity. The 2nd chapter includes description of the company, its innovative activity and management of this activity, and recommendations to improve management of innovative activity.

The topic of my Bachelor thesis is the system of organization and innovative methods of enterprise management at Ltd. NEARMEDIC PLUS. The aim of my graduate qualification work is to analyze innovative methods of enterprise management using the example of the research and production business entity Ltd. NEARMEDIC PLUS and to define proposals for its developing. Ltd. NEARMEDIC PLUS was founded in 1989. The objective of the company was to unify the researchers of the Gamaleya Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences for the following introduction of the results of research, development, medical treatment and prevention into medical practice. The creation of the business entity made possible to continue innovative research not only in the field of medicine, but also in such areas as immunology, applied research, management. The first chapter of the work deals with theoretical aspects. The second chapter includes a description of the company and its activities and the current management practices. The third chapter describes recommendations and proposals for improving the activities of Ltd. NEARMEDIC PLUS

The subject of bachelor's work is the mechanism of strategy development. The purpose of the work is to analyze the theory and practice of the process of improving the mechanism for developing an enterprise strategy based on the example of the activities of the managing organization LLC UOSpetsKomServis, based on the application of the main provisions and methods for managing changes in the improvement of business processes and formulating a proposal for improving the mechanism for developing a strategy. The first chapter examines the theoretical and methodological and legal framework for improving the mechanism for developing an enterprise strategy a management organization that carries out activities in the field of housing and communal services. Strategic analysis of ZAO Alfa Motor Grupp

The subject of the bachelor work is the company ZAO Alfa Motor Group. The aim is to conduct strategic analysis of economic activity, evaluation of the effectiveness of current policies and develop recommendations and proposals to change the company's development strategy. ZAO Alfa Motor Group - a network of specialized service centers and car sales of spare parts, specialized in cars of Toyota and Lexus. Bachelor work has two main parts. In the first part of the work to uncover the meaning of basic concepts related to the field of strategic analysis, reveals the essence and mechanisms of the main methods of strategic analysis. The second part describes the company and its business activities, describes its financial condition. Also, in the second part held in-depth strategic analysis of the company ZAO Alfa Motor Group using the tools described in the first part.
