Motivation in the treatment of addicted clients in the mental hospital in Jemnice. This thesis describes motivations in the treatment of addicted clients in the mental hospital in Jemnice. The main aim of my work is to provide an overview of achieved changes in motivation during the treatment in various spheres of addicted client's life. The work is processed by qualitative research method. The theoretical scope of motivation and possible method of work with motivation is provided in the introductory part. Following practical part is based on theoretical part, compares the achieved changes of motivation at the beginning and at the end of the treatment and verifies achieved rate of motivation in the interviews. Use of Mirror therapy in patients after brain injury from the viewpoint of Occupational therapist

The purpose of this Master thesis was to evaluate the effects of the Mirror program on upper- limb motor recovery, self-sufficiency and active range of wrist movement in patients after brain injury. It was included sixteen participants within maximal four months after stroke. Patients were separated into experimental and control group, both with eight members. Experimental group underwent Mirror therapy. Both group participated in a standard rehabilitation program included Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy, physical therapy and movement practice on device. Experimental group patients additionally participated in Mirror therapy program for 30 mins, four times a week, for three weeks. The Fugl-Meyer Assessment, Functional Independence Measure and goniometric measurement of active movement were used to assess recovery of upper-limb movement. Mirror therapy improve upper-limb motor recovery in patients after brain injury. This research demonstrates it with significant difference between both groups, where the experimental group have improved (0,02). I have also proved Mirror therapy, when included in occupational therapy, improves the self-sufficiency of people with neurological deficit. The effect of education on the ability to disguise one's voice

(in English): Voice disguise can potentially occur in every utterance that is associated with any criminal case. In order to identify the perpetrator it is necessary to analyze the speech and understand how the different types of voice disguise can affect the speaker's voice qualities. This thesis focuses on the ability of voice disguise, portraying three groups of speakers in relation to their educational background. The aim of this work is to determine the strategies adopted by the speaker to conceal his/her identity and furthermore it poses the question whether differences among the three groups of speakers, their choice of strategy and its inherent success can be found. The basis for this research stems from 86 recordings which were undertaken in Pilsen and Prague with 43 young people aged 20 to 31. Two read utterances, one undisguised and the other freely disguised, were obtained from each of the participants and were compared with each other. The results show that the preferred forms of voice disguise appeared to involve changes in phonation - especially decrease or increase of fundamental frequency of the speaker's voice.
