The administrative burden in the headmaster's work in primary school

This bachelor thesis with the topic "The administrative burden in the work of headmaster of the primary school" is aiming to find out, which factors of administrative management, headmasters of the primary school perceive as burdensome and propose changes, that could reduce it. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part of this thesis is outlined the workload of the headmasters of the primary school. Based on the analysis of valid legislation and regulation, literature and empirical research of the author. The empirical part of this thesis extends the theoretical part. It is consists of qualitative research, which is aiming identifying, through semi-structured depth interviews with headmasters of the primary school, which factors of administrative management, headmasters of the primary school perceive as burdensome burdensome and propose changes, that could reduce it.
