The theme of bachelor´s thesis is a family house for family of four in Havlíčkův Brod. Object is designed as a two-floor, partial basement, T-shaped, roof above the second deck is a aisle. In the basement there is a garage for one car, laundry, utility room a store room. On the ground floor there is a vestibule, cloackroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and conservatory. In the living room and conservatory there is free entry into the garden. In the sekond floor is bedroom, two bedrooms for children, workroom, toilet and bathroom. In the bedroom for children there is free entry into the outdoor terrace. The vertical brickwork is formed by concrete blocks LIATHERM 425 247x425X240 mm in a basement. The vertical brickwork is formed by concrete blocks LIATHERM 425 247x425x240 mm in ground floor a second floor. The horizontal structure is made up of ceiling panels.
