Apartment house

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a new apartment house in city of Pardubice. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of a part of the project documentation for the construction realization. The apartment house has 4 floors and is partially basement. In the basement there is a technical room and a cellars. On the first floor there is a vestibule, a bicycle shed and a carriage room, a cleaning room and 2 dwelling units. The second and third floors are identical in layout and there is 2 dwelling units in both of the floors. The fourth floor contains 2 dweling units with private terraces. The vertical load-bearing structure system in the basement is designed of concrete blocks of permanent formwork, in above-ground floors from hollow clay blocks. Horizontal load-bearing structures and stairs are designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The roof structure is designed as a warm flat roof. The insulation of the building is solved by a certified contact thermal insulation system.

The subject of the thesis is the preparation of project documentation for construction. The goal of the work is the design of a children's home for children who have been ordered to receive institutional education. The building is situated in the outskirts of Chrudim. It is a detached building. The building has a partial basement with 4 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor. The building is based on plain concrete foundations. The vertical structures are designed as ceramic masonry, in the underground floor the perimeter masonry consists of concrete blocks of lost formwork. Horizontal structures are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic. The roofs of the building are designed as flat vegetation with extensive greenery. In total, there are three housing units in the building for family groups of eight children each. Furthermore, social and administrative spaces are designed in the building. On the first floor above ground there are offices, a common room and spaces for leisure activities of the guests. A study room, a PC classroom, an exercise room and one apartment for 8 children and 1 teacher are designed on the second floor. The third and fourth above-ground floors have the same layout and each has one apartment unit. The building's technical facilities and storage areas are located in the basement.
